As a shareholder I'd suggest you write to the auditors, they may take no notice but with PI insurance costing what it does I think few questions may be asked. When I was invested I remember on a much smaller scale the web site costs and the daughter. Your grades have fallen to a D-, pretty much like the share price ever since you arrived.

You really do speak a load of rubbish - North of 3p. get a calculator out, take 8Bn shares in issue, add on what will be needed for these so called wonderful acquisitions then add on the additional dilution for "general working capital" and you're in there region of 15Bn shares.
There is more chance of Market Cap dropping to £4.5M than going to £450M.
The numbers do not add up in any way shape or form

Well well well, Jessell has seen the light and Mal says he's not too far behind. Not gloating at all, statistically this was always on the cards as is the next one when this small pile of cash runs out - lbh here when it said general working capital what it actually meant was paying off all the iou's so I don't expect yesterday and today to go too far.
Mind you all is not lost, Napom will continue to dither, Teddy will continue to scribe missives demonstrating how the market has it all wrong and we should be at 5p, CF will continue to fawn over what an amazing job GR is doing and Smile will continue taking his happy pills. The share price and Prem will also just carry on doing what it always has.

Wolf, wouldn't you rather he outcome of your investment came from a well run business. to date it hasn't been and all we are doing now is repeating the same as previous, dilute, rinse and repeat. Vociferous enthusiasm has long cost many an AIM investor money and as yet yet there has been nothing to suggest this will be a roaring success. Sorry of my opinion doffers to yours but why should I keep it quiet?

Do you have any idea how much or how long it will take to get to DFS? You can give either GR's first estimate or even the second one, answer is the same a shed load of dilution and months of pain as we have no cash. Afraid same as yesterday a C+ for effort sfa by way of results as the price is where the market had it before the RNS. Afraid this one requires delivery before you'll see anything meaningful. Having to dilute at 0.00085 to pay for these new (well rinse and repeat) acquisitions is still very much in the cards. Obviously just IMO, love to be pleasantly surprised just not seeing it myself, same old same old

C+ for effort but a fail on results relevant to shareholders thus far as measured by volume, share price and interest. Ah well being Prem there's always tomorrow, the next day, week, month, year, couple of years, a few years. Yes Napom 80% of AIM Mining Companies will fail, I'd have actually thought higher. It's the reasoning for the failure that's the key point, how many had great assets but failed through bad management decisions and dilution. Based on past performance the market considers there is a risk we are and is pricing us accordingly. If it didn't based on what we believe our assets are worth we'd be many ,multiples higher. You may consider the recent RNS's signify a change I don't and neither does the market, I understand why so don't have a problem with it. I'll let you know when I think we've received news worthy of a change in my own sentiment which too date has been more aligned to the market than most here.

Well Wolf if anybody had sold over the last few years (I seriously went negative after the last huge raise but didn't follow my own instincts) then no I haven't cost investors anything. Rather the more likelihood I'd have saved them a fortune. Of course this may come good but at the moment IMO and that's all it is we're being fed the same s*** as last time and the times before. Not enough information provided and too many unanswered questions to roll over and accept the huge dilution as is. Honestly the market is just saying "yeah sure, tell you what we'll wait until something tangible happens till then your share price is what it is and in the meantime you're going to be diluted by near 50%". So we wait to see if there is any real cash from the Zim Govt, whether KMW does make things cheaper or if its just another questionable decision, ditto HB, if anything happens to Circum etc.

Napom, the share price measures sentiment and at the minute it's p*** poor and the reason ain't my posts, it's because of past decisions and when looking forward the market expects the same to happen again. Going back to the last huge raise is when I really first flagged corporate governance here, that's what's biting us hard now and has done for the last few years. Have I seen signs of it changing in the most recent news, I'm afraid not as as such I'm negative as to long term prospects. When the next piece of news comes I'll then reassess position but for now this still remains very high risk to me and nowhere near a nailed on certainty as some profess.
