Wolf - I believe in lithium, however being honest with the rate of change I'm now seeing on the medium term horizon economic obsolescence for it before it even starts. No idea whether you focus on a Company or trends but there are inklings that cars will be powered by a.n other material, be it hydrogen fuel cell or graphene super cap. All in all it just adds another concern here, are we actually competent enough to prove up Zulu with diluting us to oblivion before the party finishes. So yes my initial investment was based on research but my mistake was too much focus on the Asset and not enough on the Mgmt.

Wolf - I think you're missing the point. Wtf is there at today's date to suggest the outcome will be any different from past experience whilst the same Management ethos / culture exist in this Company. I'm like Charlie, no longer prepared to believe it is the most likely outcome, the nuts and bolts of detail surrounding the KMW and HBR deal haven't been disclosed. Past history in Prem suggests that is always a red flag. Seriously $7K t/o $168K loss and we're diluting to near 50% for these two transactions - show us the economic sense not just word bites it'll be cheaper and save us money because at the minute this current strategy is just rainbow chasing at our expense. I'd much rather chase Tornadoes and at least then i have a fixed price $1,999 :-)

S1 - it appears we had news, after answering you I came to MTL's email correspondence. I take it as bad news as to me it suggests more rainbow chasing, moving goalposts, dodgy form cards from previous races etc ..... I have no idea if it's a lifestyle company or not I just know that past performance means I do not trust the competency of these people taking our assets froward when we are going to diluted by nearly 50% to allow them to do so.
When something happens which makes me change my opinion I'll let you know - it's no secret belief it'll bounce back, it's AIM anything can happen so to me it's well I'm 82.72% down (around £40K) so f*** it lets see what happens, it's only another £10K or so.

Wolf - it's nothing to do with wanting to get the price down, there are only three outcomes here in the near term of a month or so I'd say. The first is the recent past just continues with up and down between .0008 and 0.0012 which the traders will like. The second is something really positive WITHOUT strings / small print happens such as Circum / real $ from Zim Govt not a failing bond $ in which case there will be a spike, maybe even to my average of 0.0046 in which case I'm out, or the third is we need a raise for the commitments to working capital to the JV's or our own general working capital. This is really A & B 3rd outcome because the price will depend upon whether we are in the 1st or 2nd outcome. In the first we all know you get screwed on discount 99 times out of a hundred so anywhere between 0.0005 and 0.0007 isn't being that outrageous. The second would be at say 20-40% of whatever the spiked share price is. For me that means I need to keep an eye out in the event we get the 2nd outcome because last time anything like that happened we had the millisecond spike before being roasted yet again. Personally if I was going to average down aggressively I'd wait, I think outcome 1 is the most likely which means you could be getting an extra 30-40% shares but even if it's the other you'll still get a good buy price but with much much less risk than buying now. Just IMO and not advice as not authorised to do so :-)

S1, not to sure where you get a share base has been set. The 0.0085 merely relates to the transaction price with KME, our share price could well be lower than that and if a working capital RNS arrives it could be significantly lower. Based on the rate of clearing the last one it could be another 10 to 20 days of downward pressure so in no way would I be surprised to see it lower than your base.

Phillip, couldn't agree more and well said. I know it's no financial recompense for holding here but seriously go and look at the twitter account, 101 likes already. If you haven't yet zoom into he email correspondence. It's brilliant, sort of thing maybe some journo might pick up on and put a bit more spotlight onto what has happened here and pressure to deliver for the renumeration "earned"

Banjo with all respect this isn't a joke. I got out of here by the skin of my teeth with a profit after some scary averaging down and hitting the two spikes.
