Despite protestations of the ramping brigade a few days ago the price has done exactly what would be expected for a basket case and retuned to the levels where the real battle is being as to whether it'll hold 0.25.
What's that, a 30% or so drop from the peak during the rampathon?
Wonder what little snippets will be released to the group next time to try and achieve a pump, hope not too many of them keep falling for the blurb and averaging down as no doubt will be far more less risky times to do so at a far lower price than now.

GM, wow what a well thought out post. So certain posters who research both the company, country, product etc and come up with unanswered questions are irrelevant whereas people sitting on 90% plus losses whose only contribution is to shout it's all good and it's just de-rampers who have caused the price to crash are the views to aspire to.

And they arrive as forecast several weeks ago, what's happened to all the motor mouths who were giving it large as to why it wouldn't happen because of all the great things on the horizon.

Suggest you read up on what impairment means as it has SFA to do with cashflow - give you a clue, if the impaired RHA mine gets written back the accounting entries will be Dr Fixed Assets Cr Reserves (a non cash transaction). When you start doing things it invariably involves Cr Bank and Dr expense account (a cash transaction).
Aside from a basic understanding of accounts reading the odd RNS might help - suggest letter to shareholder thingy from last fortnight might be a good place to start re Katete and moving Zulu forward.

I hate to tell you before your Circum exuberance gets the better of you there are some pretty treacherous waters for existing shareholders to survive without being diluted to oblivion. A quick check of the Cirum letter to shareholders gives you the time line with due diligence expected by various parties to be completed by the year end. After that they all need to make proposals, preferred bidder selected, contracts drawn etc etc so you're probably looking at best into Q2 next year.
Just the best part of year's expenditure to pay for with no revenue. Appreciate RHA is supposedly 100 days for production from electrification but that's still not started and to date we've not hit one deadline operationally ever. Look at the volume of shares going through, the 1.7Bn churn from the last time has a long long way to go for an orderly disposal, share cap increase and next we'll be issuing the second tranche of the loan.
Think the time to start getting remotely excited by Circum will be towards the back end of the year / early next year when get indications of whether the due diligence has been completed and whether it's moving to the next stage. Whether your current holding has any real value by then remains to be seen with the level of dilution on the horizon and low volume

I know it could be years before connected however new tariffs announced today by Zesa, good news miners rates stay at special rate with no increase. Bad news however is if even connected payment is to be in foreign currency so those Zim RTGS wouldn't be too much use:
Maintain the tariff for ferrochrome smelters and other miners to be maintained at US$0.0986/kWh, respectively, and ensure that the resources are ring-fenced in a Special Account solely for purposes of importing electricity.
ZESA to be allowed to bill all other exporters and foreign currency earners in foreign currency and ensure that the resources are ring-fenced in a Special Account solely for purposes of importing electricity.

Astarix, another one with little knowledge and big opinion. Company Law for Dummies Chapter 1 .... A Companies Articles of Association and Memorandum are the rules by which a Company governs itself detailing amongst other matters procedures and rules for meetings. They are the bible as to how the Company is run. They are required at company formation and require resolutions to change, ours haven't in respect of meetings since the company was formed. Whatever you are prattling on about is completely erroneous and shows your complete and utter lack of understanding, the matter of where Meetings can be held has SFA to do with date and year of AGM etc etc.
