What you have to do is ignore the 5 year share price, 5 years of dubious RNS's, 5 years of certain people making a very good living for achieving SFA and just go ra ra we've got great assets and are a multi billion $ company in the making. Also ignore the politics of Zim, the Zim economy, the never ending cash p***** up against the wall and being diluted to oblivion etc. Do all that and then get a pair of cool rose tinted glasses and shout from the roof top as to how good it is and berate anybody who says otherwise, as obviously they're stupid. When you have doubts Ted will then produce a multiple page post and CF etc will come along and tell you there's never been a better price to average down. Rinse and repeat ad infinitum and there is always jam tomorrow and there's always another tomorrow

Passion - a quick look at Jupiter tells you all you need to know. Their dividends come after ZAR 2 Billion was required to get the mine in the position to be able to pay out theses dividends. MNH are a long way from this point, for goodness sake they were borrowing a poxy $1M from us to buy a few trucks a few months ago. Come back in 3 years, assuming they can raise / generate something like Zar 2 Billion (US $1.375Bn) which it cost to develop Tshipi to where it is now.

CF - MNH borrowed money off us to buy equipment so they're obviously not making that much they also have a huge area to explore which is lots more money so anything there making will be going to that and is very unlikely will be paying any sort of dividend for the foreseeable future.
Even if we get EPO what we looking at to DFS $5M, $10M, doesn't really matter which its a shed load of non existent cash
These assets may get developed but before then there is a massive cash requirement which means only one thing, dilution - unlikely to occur via EGM and headroom count but via another deal of which we've plenty of experience to know how they end up.

Acker - presume you noticed the baloney about MNH don't produce accounts because they're a holding company blah blah. What a complete and utter PoS, holding company accounts are the only place where you can garner a true picture of what is going on. Doh, even Pref's accounts are consolidated (holding) for all the sub companies (RHA, Zulu etc). Deal based on information thus far provided stinks, fully expect it'll end up like everything else, TCT not quite true, the gold mine mobilisation (outright lie), KDNC obvious at start that no go. Rose tinted brigade have short memories, they ramped all of them to high heaven and accused anybody saying otherwise of all sorts of things , as far as I can tell they're just doing the same now but getting more desperate as they've all averaged down from many points well above where we are today. Acker - Not missing anything, we simply hold a few shares in another company and if they pay a dividend we'd get 10% of it. Absolutely nothing cash generating here for the foreseeable future - the RNS itself explains MNH will need to be spending all the cash they've got developing the increased area etc. 30th Sept RNS detailed delays in RHA getting to production so that one is eons away also and we've got the Merchant loan coming up soon for repayment (unless another deal done like this one). Anybody whose been around long enough will be able to smell the whiff of the TCT shenanigans here. All in all it means no cash for the foreseeable future, lots of bills to pay so more cash to be raised. Posted back end of Sept suggesting a "deal" would be done to MNH rather than cash but got the sequence wrong as thought first would be a GR loan. Hey ho makes no difference outcome will still be the same, poor buggers in will be diluted (for umpteenth time) whilst others will do very nicely out of it a la TCT

Looks like somebody can't get out of here quick enough - pretty obvious really despite the pump it up crew here and Ted's diatribes the reality that Zim is once again turning into a basket case with political unrest on the horizon continues to make this a barge pole stock. Trade it for 10% swings if the spread doesn't kill you but as an investment case it's still the same old PoS it's been for years and nothing has changed there.

Hi Acker, yeah all good n well. Noises across Zim aren't looking too bright at present, for those living there hope next transition is relatively peaceful but as far as I can see means the economy won't be going anywhere for a while other than downwards. Can't see anything happening here either, just more of GR's shenanigans whilst draws salary - poor buggers who jumped on bandwagon at all points higher than here recently, some up to 30% down. Also note one or two cheer leaders seem to be getting a bit stressed, they never learn. Trust you've been trading the swings, bit of fun there whilst the lunatics have charge of the asylum.

Could it be that last weeks TR1 seller is continuing, sometimes these funds just have to get out of something irrespectively. Patchy delivery by management, eg well overdue LoM, means we just don't have sufficient following to swallow up the excess liquidity nor do we have sufficient months production under the belt to provide uplift there. Be interesting to see if we get a further notification this week

Yes if an extended EPO comes it's better than none however the reality is we simply have a claim over a bigger patch of land that may have value or not and we still have no funds to get it moved on from inferred.
There is still a ton of dilution to come here, I expect GR loan so as can get hands on shares when it's not repaid to maintain a good %, then a deal with MNH (gets round having to have pesky EGM to convert loan to shares) as "owed parties" will have an opportunity to take shares in New Prem instead of cash. So mother of dilutions for MNH's share, plus mother of dilutions to raise the £5M to DFS and of course general working capital and paying off those "owed"
Need to hope that share price keeps going up or peoples current 90% downs will be 99% I expect.
Just my own opinion, maybe this is the one I'll be wrong about but I'm not holding my breath yet.
