Faz, you were locking and loading at 0.125 which was even worse than Charlies steal at 0.1185 and now you're recommending trading. Suggest you have a quick read on Fibonacci lines as when 0.089 didn't hold it should have raised numerous red flags, dead cats don't bounce without news and there is none on the horizon. Personally too risky even to trade at the minute as the next line is way way down from where we are now, try 0.0625 and see if that holds.

Good old Napom had its IPO nailed on Jan 2019, it's all baloney Prem is exactly where it has been for the last few years which is run by a grossly overpaid CEO sucking every last penny out of investors whilst delivering absolutely SFA which is reflected in it's share price.

Then he's back again on the same project with MNH so not too sure why I should be getting too excited because somebody has historically issued loads of convertible notes, then the company crashed and he comes back with new owners and is now involved with us.

Not long now till 31st Jan when we have the rolled over Regent Loan to repay plus the accumulated 10% interest, total approximately £282,500.
If Regent play hard ball where will find ourselves as we all know RHA will not be producing revenue by then and we're also not getting paid bak by MNH as we exchanged our loan for equity.
See the observations about some headroom left for another raise - really? At present and based on todays SharePrice we'd be requiring a further 322M shares to clear Regent whereas headroom is only 234M. Whoops.
Do we need to worry, well I suppose it all depends upon whether you believe GR and his associates are there to look after our interests or whether ours come secondary because if we do not repay the loan then I trust everybody noted ..... Now these are worth whatever somebody is prepared to pay for them and the last purchase price paid was by Prem and we all know how masterful they are at getting a good deal (yeah we diluted to raise cash to buy them!). Without it, this could just getting very interesting and each day that passes without clarification then I can only see the price going down.

Charlie, over 6 years I've seen from over 3p down to 0.0003, been very little opportunity to comment when the SP has been rising. A day in 2016 was it and a couple of weeks this year before the return to backward trend started.
Unfortunately I bought shares between 2013 and an rather unfortunate average down in Oct 17, since then nada as wouldn't touch this PoS with a barge pole with the way it is run. Still hold those purchases so if I want to give my opinions I will do, don't like them don't read them its quite simple. For the vast amount of time the share price suggests my opinions have been more accurate than most on here, after all aren't you the one thanking me so much a few days ago for your steal purchase at 0.1185?

Also, GR can only raise share ceiling with an EGM...thats true. He knows shareholders wont agree to raise it without a significant rise in sp...we've communicated this to him so he knows. Would need to four bag to 0.6p for it to happen.
