Just imagine how many zillions of shares they could have re-bought if they had sold at any time in the prior 5 years during which time you were consistently buying and averaging down and encouraging others to do likewise. Most people were 90% down during the very short lived brief rally and yes some of us made a lot of money from it but it probably never even crosses your egotistical brain that perhaps many lth's were not in a financial position to do so.

Aside from the ludicrous attempt of trying to lump together wages and giving a loan as being a persons renumeration you can't even get the maths right in your meaningless attempt - for example see the 2017 Accounts where you pulled your $307 loan from, in the notes he tells you he converted $100K into shares.
No matter how you try and spin it GR's renumeration since 2013 has been just shy of $200K per annum plus and whole raft of generous perks.
I am not bemoaning GR making loans to the company, they have had interest provisions, conversion rights, arrangement fees etc but for you too try and tie this into he's only on $85k pa for the last six years is plainly wrong and untruthful and anybody with any integrity would have the balls to apologise after this your latest stunt.

Noel, on average $85K per year since 2012 has to be your biggest lie to date on this Board and that's saying something. Easy for anybody to do, go to Prem's website, view the annual accounts and usually around the mid 20's on the notes you'll find details of Directors renumeration which is as follows:
2013 $0
2014 $218K
2015 $180K
2016 $180K
2017 $309K
2018 $240K
That's just shy of $200K per annum before you even start on share options, rents and all the other goodies which for some may include game lodges

Good trades there Acker, well done. Totally concur with views about drift down running through to Jan totally due to cash concerns. Interesting webinar yesterday, even told GR it was a good one BUT without getting to the bottom of where our cash is coming from for next four months it would appear to be the only outcome. Company can't continue to skirt around this issue as it did yesterday, just wish they'd learn this.
No idea if you caught it or not but at least put to bed certain things direct from the horses mouth including we are not debt free, Circum is exactly what it is a minority holding in an illiquid company, of concern at time of EPO we could demonstrate funding - I take it from webinar we couldn't now so fingers crossed they don't ask for updated figures, RHA April / May best case for revenue generation. All told potential (as always) but we're in the lap of the gods to exploit it. We shall see but IMO we'll test the 0.000625 resistance before an upper one.

Acker, if you check membership of the Chamber of Mines you'll note a certain absence and who are members and then cross reference to working mines. As we have no money would it really be in Prems interest for a use it or lose policy when you have these guys sitting in the wings waiting to pick up potential plots, especially those that have already had a few million already spent on preliminaries?
