I see he's still to answer at what point the non announcement of equipment arriving becomes a problem for him, after all a 19 hour journey is a lot to undertake so we do have to allow some time. Think you've got my take that 6 days is a concern but hey some people may think taking a month is acceptable, no problem with that but think we all know the reason why nobody has said so, it'd be rather hard to justify as based on the RNS as we are now actually paying for services and supposedly it's all systems go. Hi Mal, you have the pleasure of me back again. I'll try and make it simple for you, the main investing transaction I am considering at the moment is not whether to buy in or not but whether to sell the core which I have held for many years. As far a buying in goes I don't need to talk down the price, an EGM to raise ether ceiling will do that all by itself. Only thing bothering me is do I sell tomorrow or give them another day or so to announce equipment arrived which has the risk that an EGM RNS will come first. Common sense would say Prem issue equipment first but then this is Prem, too close to the 2nd resistance point for comfort for my liking because it's a long way down till the next one.

Arrival of equipment to let us know that work is beginning is totally in the company's hands, after all 6 days ago they told us they know where it is and it was being mobilised. Mal only questions I'm seeking answers to is when should the equipment arrived and when should the sample have been shipped, after all 6 days ago all ready to go. I know Napoms tried to answer with it's irrelevant and a tweet will suffice but fairly sure anybody with a modicum of market understanding and the RNS and RNSR service and the electrification history RNS's will probably conclude it's not irrelevant and a tweet won't suffice. Seems very very hard for people to come up with an answer, a week, ten days, two weeks a month to the most simple of questions. Wonder why that is, anyway book club time calling. That's their side to deliver we don't know what Prem has to deliver and if they have done so - we had exactly the same with KME if you have forgotten. This is why equipment arrival IS material and why it needs to be RNS'd and why it'd be interesting to know at what stage other people begin to get nervous, after all 6 days for 19 hour journey on equipment and route already checked plus ringing a carrier to take a container away. Mmmmm, anyway might not be of interest to you but others may think it worthy of some thought or consideration

Did you not read the 18th and 21st RNS's then? That's why we have the RNS Reach service if you are correct but they weren't so the nomad deemed them to be material.
You may want to read up an RNS and RNS (R) - you keep making these statements as fact but they're not, so on the basis your tweet fairytale is just that where's our equipment and by when would you start getting worried you've not heard its arrived?

Ps Mal - have look at Indaba website, Minister synopsium for example. As much prominence is given to the brai (African BBQ) afterwards as a chance to network. You may say bizarre but have you actually ever been to these formal industry expo's? I've only got 25 years experience of them but wtfdik :-)

Wolf they can't answer because nobody apart from the Croc and possibly one or two others know on EPO and Nieff and Circum haven't yet arranged finance. However on the tailings it may (note may) be possible to work out the financial implications as to quantum and timing. However you can't even begin to work that out till you know the equipment is available, however thats not worthy of an RNS.
The one answer given regarding the bulk testing, mmm a few weeks a tad over optimistic in my view (even if its been shipped yet), we all know how long it's previously taken to get verified test results back from numerous prior drills

Wy shouldn't be expecting an RNS when equipment arrives? My reasons for thinking we should:
1: Form - Dec corporate update on electrical situation, parts being ordered and what then required. 2 Subsequent updates to say transformers arrived and then the next saying can switch on when power is available. I'd have thought knowing the equipment we need to process the tailings and get everything else moving and cost us in part $1M had arrived was more than worthy of an RNS yet you don't think this essential and critical bit of information is worthy of an RNS?
2: Share price is so dire the very fact we now supposedly have equipment and potentially electrical power depending upon the grid is something that is EXTREMELY material so has to be RNS'd.
Napom, care to provide your reasoning to counter as to how you concluded doesn't need to be RNS'd?

Tbf - the loan was rolled over but as thing stands that may come back to bite us in the nether regions in terms of horrendous dilution for $400K (interest accumulated) if we are to get a placing EGM and for some reason things like plant to process tailings takes a KME duration to arrive

Well he could be making sure a 5T shipment has got away and should be making sure we put our plant to work as soon as it arrive which one would have thought should be happening about now if not sooner.
Obviously none of this matters because another african politician may or may not open his mouth between now and Thursday.
I would go on about the $20M - actually think it's closer to $25M - but trying to be balanced and took GR at his word from that Dec webinar and recent RNS's so am leaving alone (for now) all that has gone on previously. This is about the here and now and what we've been told in the last 6-8 weeks, anybody at all think or believe one iota of it has been delivered as indicated?

Mal, every one of these trade shows has a gala dinner at the end, it's half the reason why people go to them and the relevant politicians and other honorary guests schedule their diaries accordingly.
At present it just seems we're discussing your thread and everybody participating has said yeah it's a expo / dinner something may happen or it may not which is par for the course for them.
To suggest GR is out of office therefore could not do one is lightly ludicrous really, aside from it's probably BR who writes them as he's our legal counsel it'd be a three liner which the nomad could clear very quickly.
Yes timescales are important, so at 7am on the 28th Jan we had 5 tons cleared for shipment and a mining fleet located and route planned with a 19 hour journey. What's your timescale for it being reasonable to achieve either or both of these tasks. Your silence on the matter suggests you're concurring with me at 6 days its beginning tog et nervous time as we've had previous form on these types of announcements before.

I agree with you there which is why I have given detailed answers to the two issues you raised yet find it strange you as yet haven't been forthcoming with answering my simple question regarding the 28th Jan RNS and by which day would you start getting red flags? It's not a trick question and after the KME mobilisation debacle I'd say a reasonable one to ask

Mal, I remember that one and my reading was you were both saying the same thing but in different languages, yes they could negotiate an off take agreement Wolf was saying yep but if there was one it'd be RNS'd so there isn't one now. Anything can happen as you say but for now all we know is there isn't one because there's no RNS and negotiating one isn't RNS'able.
However we do have the 2 bits of information from the 28th Jan RNS about activity due to take place and completion of either or both would be beneficial to the share price but 6 full days have now passed and nothing. At what point with your risk profile would you say not having heard becomes a concern for you?

Wolf, still in shock at my last post - it's probably the most positive thing anybody has said on Prem today however when do reckon is the latest we should have heard on the 2 taking today as day 6.

The ask is still 0.8, she's still holding (just) 0.79

Mal, I didn't deride Indaba I merely said we go there every year and more than once it has been heralded for announcements which never came. Done many many trade shows myself and yes whilst you can occasionally get new developments / product launches at them esp tech ones in the old traditional ones not so. Your opinion is the Croc will go to make an announcement, whilst it would be nice if he did I don't see any evidence to suggest either way that's all. They are both respective viewpoints and both potential outcomes, I'm 20:80 there won't be anything and you're 80:20 there will be (less or more? just an example). We'll soon know if a couple fo days when it ends.
The fact I discussed the FD role with GR & MF is not something I've ever denied, why would I? The parties to that discussion know why it didn't proceed, whether you do is something I highly doubt. As to buying and selling shares several times you'd have to define several, if you're talking 8 trades of which 6 were sells over a year wow then yes I'ma trader.
No idea what this obsession is with my holding or the circumstances of my discussions with GR as both are irrelevant to Prem today - I've answered all your questions honestly how about responding to mine. I take it you'd agree after the 28th RNS there are two open goal 100% under Prems control we can score to support the share price being we've shipped and the plant has arrived. Neither are particularly arduous to achieve - 19 hours road and all paperwork completed - so a sooner rather than later announcement should be expected. I've given my view as day 6 (today) should be more than ample to achieve either or both, what's yours?

If you call not making any sales or purchases since 28th Nov trading then it's not a definition I'd prescribe to it but if thats how you define trading then we'll just have to agree to disagree

Anyway Mal / Wolf & the other posters here today who are actually wanting to discuss Prem, observations on the 28th RNS follow up. Appreciate your day 6 may be well later or earlier than mine but assume you do have a similar one as to when you'd expect to hear either of the two things happening. Interesting to get other peoples thoughts ... to repeat to save you strolling back through some pretty obnoxious stuff it was:
1: the cleared for shipment sample has been shipped
2: the mobilised fleet has arrived
Now these were announced 7am 28th Jan so a full clear 6 days since then, mmmm how longer does it take for a carrier to pick up a cleared shipment and also exactly how long does it take to undertake a 19hr journey by road.
Perhaps the fact there is no announcement on either is why we're testing the .79 resistance, 2 days okay, 3 mmm, 4 what's happening, 5 haway man, 6 ffs if this goes to 7, 8 or 9

Mal - not sure what you're not getting. Split it so the near 9M is still there from years ago and the day that was posted and still is today. The rest has been bought and sold several times - simply invested but on a much shorter timescale than to the 9M. Trading is in and out on a daily, hourly basis type stuff - here I sold (not the 9M!) for 13.55 & 13.25 and since then not thought an uptick was on the horizon so not come back in as my view is a placing just above 6 so why would I? However, if 0.79 goes my view is it'll be lower than 6 AND is the point where I have to really consider my forever holding of the 9M. Thats not and has never come under the definition fo trading I'm afraid, all investments should be re-evaluated and acted up accordingly.
