yes I see January like many elsewhere has been a hard month here,apart from one spike.It does seem a bit expensive now.It should continue growth but obviously less % gains from here in.That is just the penalty of size.

Back in 2000,I was buying/selling dot.coms shares,didn't make a huge lot as I was a beginner and a bit stupid then really.At least I didn't risk much money,I didn't have much.But I remember the share picking method I used-got the HIGHEST p/e values and it mostly worked beecause that equals risk but then risky ones were hot! If you got say Baltimore,Marconi or Atlantic you were sorry if it wasn't doubled by 3 days! These all got burst of course,we were buying hot air not hot shares.Though a few remained-ARM was one.I might get in here to relive old memories though nothing is ever assumed...

yes a family takeback seems the best option,makes you wonder why they set this up-maybe tax reasons,allegedly of course ?

Anyone know why ASC is free of stamp duty-is it registered somewhere else ?

Was pleased to see SCHE at least for now top of todays' risers! You deserve a break here.Was in here last year.I had thought care homes would be a great investment,but maybe the proportion from local authorities beds was too high as they are cost-cutting.Anyway this share isn't finished yet by far,and good luck!

well no doubt the forecast will miss the mark lol! Anyway today we hear of another disaster on the High Street-60 stores closing for HMV plus Next losing 5% though surviving.Doubt if the rather dear M&S will do better.Of course there has to be a High Street to go to,all those mostly women shopaholics,but too many 80% off signs I see now there.The VAT rise too,GO says is to be permanent.I'd say now ASC might also have a bit of a loss this year,but the SP should hold quite well.New forecast, 1900p by Easter, only.

yes I remember that m8,folks here though had to tell you it wasn't too nice,you didn't want to say yourself.Shareholders here have as many rights as "family investors"..perhaps that's the problem ?

give another Forecast tomo-ASC for 2500p by Easter 2011 is quiite reasonable...GL

Cost of getting High Street clothes-drive to city-petrol at record prices-park,expensively for several hours,Visit shops-maybe get expensive meals.Each person costs extra.Might not even get correct clothes.Compare to logging on to ASC site,takes only a few seconds.No extra expenses even if more than one involved.Only one winner-ASC.

not back in here yet,tomo might be in a few months once I get out of other things elsewhere.You are doing great here,yes no way this one will be stopped,can just imagine all those ASC websites getting red-hot the more ice and snow freeze up the old-fashioned expensive to run big city stores lol! Like comparing the first square wheels, to the more modern round versions hahahaha!

I'm quite sorry that ENK are having these probs. these days,however take heart,this will turn again! Might be a chance for new people to come on board at a better price,too.

this looks one of the best shares today,something of a recovery for this one after quite a time of indifferent SP's.Unfortunately no money to come in here which is a pity,but will follow it.Cheers, Photo GL.
