Just seen on interfax that a company called “Eurasia Drilling” had sold its main asset - wondered if it was a mistranslation but no, it wasn’t anything to do with EUA. Just have to sit back and wait but couldn’t imagine how stressful it would be having a short open at this point in time.

Saw this mentioned on interfax as a reason NN shares held up today relatively speaking. NN have had their request to continue circulating their ADRs for one year approved by the state. Doesn’t change the bigger picture but quite positive nonetheless to see a decision in favour of more open business rather than the more inward looking policies:

Talks about 30 junior mining companies considering placing shares on a segment of the St Petersburg Exchange which is for Junior Mining companies with the first placement planned for June.

We had multiple transactions being worked on simultaneously so why not sell either Kola Nickel or Kola Mining to a SPAC / Blank Cheque company that then lists on the Junior Mining exchange locally? EUA may even want to retain a % of shares to generate future income to aid with further exploration. Alternatively maybe a self mining outcome could be achieved in a similar way as a worse case scenario.

No evidence to suggest this is on the cards - I’m just thinking about alternatives to a foreign buyer or an outright sale to NN in case of NN not paying fair value. Naturally I would prefer a full sale to NN at a decent price at this point but having alternatives would be good for competition.

You’d think that Germany wouldn’t entertain this without Belarus stopping support for the war in terms of allowing missiles to be launched from their territory or other direct involvement. Could be nothing but Belarus have been Russia’s only real supporter so far.

I was at a school reunion the other day. One guy still denies the existence of the time he **** his pants and had to wear the school lost property pants for the day.

He’s still a not very happy in general and maintains denial of the event.

Another admitted he thought he’d delivered a big fart and had made a mistake and laughed it off. He seemed a much happier person.

Moral of the story pants full of **** happen from time to time, accepting that is a good first step to being happy.

My thinking is that if there will have to be a general update due along with the proposed AGM resolutions - if Tamerlan and Kotaro are re-appointed then this leaves shareholders assuming that whatever purpose their appointments served is still in play. We know that Tamerlan was brought in for his Japanese contacts and while we don’t know if Kotaro’s appointment was directly linked to the initial liquidity event or EUA2, it’s fair to say that a reappointment or not would need clarification as without this, shareholders are left to presume what the implication is.

It’s not a small decision whether to re-appoint these two or not given the possible connotations so personally, I think that the BoD will make a decision as what to do and that the Nomad will require for an update to be provided. I’m not saying that the BoD wouldn’t provide one anyway, more that the rationale for or against re-appointing these two NEDs will need to be explained for transparency as it will be price sensitive.

Be good to see which directors are re-appointed. Tamerlan and Kotaro Kosaka in particular. Won’t be long to wait anyway.

I have no idea Krunal. I haven’t researched POG and but thought it might be useful for any holders that have if it was new info. If it’s not or if it’s irrelevant then apologies - you’ll no doubt get an RNS if there is a significant reason for this.

Obviously everyone hopes the peace talks will get back on track and this will need to be seen to be believed but there may be a reason for Turkey stating this publicly. Hopefully there is some basis for this statement…
