Sisk are the Civil Engineering company that have constructed the roadways, bridges and service connections. They also have plant existing on protos site. Who would be better to carry out the roadway, concreate pads for foundations etc, etc on Plot 10B than a company already on site.
The rest of the construction could even be down to them as coordinators as most of the other bits such as Gas Generators, Hydrogen Tanks, pipework, lorry scales will be installed as part of the manufactures install. KR has already said its down to two contractors. That could be SISK and one other for the plant erection coordination.

The PHE plant at Protos is destined to supply Plot 13s PET plant with Heat as well as electricity.

What evidence do you have for that accusation.
I presume that as a regular share holder you are aware that Market Makers who are obliged to act on buying sold shares keeping them in their account. And then reselling them on to other traders, private investors and even pension funds etc. Could in fact be the seller here Its called market making.
If you want to know one of the USAs biggest market makers. It was Bernie Madoff. When other market makers stopped buying in previous recessions he carried on and gained credibility with NASDC etc. Thereby supporting his actual theft.

Perhaps Mr Brearly if you had carried out due diligence in checking out the 30 energy companies that have all gone broke. I'm sorry but I fail to see the logic of buying back shares when I need to pay my British Gas energy debt even with a 355gbp DD in place. That at one time was covered by dividends from my ISA pension substitute account. On that basis I just rounded up my ISA shares in EQT to make the mental arithmetic easier to work out the rise in profit.

Peel are an info structure business they develop the plots interfaces such as drainage, energy supplies and strive to get planning permission past for each plot. Some of the plots next to the ship canal are future supply points for the protos site to accept barge and ship waste imports but not until they have a client prepared to rent out those plots. Look at the plot 8 Covanta site and the others that have already been let and are under construction. Peels info structure phase 2 is due to finish in February this month. Then and only then will they look at further expansion.

The planning permission is for a Plastic to Hydrogen plant and the submitted plans cover that installation. So until you have a working model to install it would be pretty stupid to lay out a million or so in concrete, roadways around the plot and the cabling info structure before you have a confirmed large scale working model. Yes we did have a small scale working model but until its scaled up nothing can be confirmed to any civils contractor.

When you need to make a claim all those cheap comparison companies tend not to pay out for obscure reasons Like the travel company my wife used for her trip to Ecuador just as the covid plague hit. The trip was for ten days and the Ecuador government wanted to make you isolate in a hotel for 14 days at your expense before you could travel to Galapagos. It was pointless going and the company kicked back the claim. Saying that it was not covered.

Anndi, To be fair and as I'm also an investor in Eqtec. They have cornered the market on defunct and decommissioned plants and only looking to revive those plants using Eqtec systems. That's a whole lot easier and cheaper than starting scratch despite the purchase of those plants.

My understanding from contact with Enviroo. Was the original timeline was scrapped due to planning and building constraints involving Plots 10B our site plus, the then planning application for Plots 10A feedstock sorting office etc. Plot 10B then separates multiple waste products including our plastic which then goes into two further stages of separation to recover different types of recyclables. Such as wood, other plastics etc. Presumably waste that cannot turn a profit will get shipped over to Plot 8 for incineration.
Enviroo pet plant will also need electricity and heat from our plot 10B to run their production lines as well as all the other plots 10A, 11, 12 and 9B which will tap into the mini electrical grid.
From an email I received and posted the content earlier this month on this forum Enviroo are looking for Angel funding and also are having talks to expand their presence on Protos. This is to take on the other plants such as 10A. Perhaps that is something that PHE could consider joining in on.
Personally I now believe that unless all plots are under construction and we hear that M Dryers Ltd are testing the 2 thirds size of thermal Combustion chamber we will still be frustrated by the lack of progress.
