That's a good point PT. Although my 40 years of local and central government contracts rarely ever was a JV project. Unless you wanted to be nationalised. The private contracts with waste management companies are a different subject. As PHE once a plant is up and running would be paid for engineering maintenance. So unless you want that to be given for free I would let Peel have that as their profit margin. Lets look forward now to a future where there are a number of plants competing for feedstock. It may well be better to just stick with the engineering aspects of a plant.

Exclusivity deals are a double edge sword. Our in house Jersey based lawyer should sign any contract for exclusivity only on the basis of a concrete time line to produce sites at a set number a year. I doubt PeeI has that ability. Best to treat Peel as a customer or possible partner to produce plants on the following basis. Peel provides the sites with planning permission and civil construction expertise. And PHE technical design, plant engineering, provision with plant construction testing and commissioning. Both parties will have to subscribe to third parties for the actual building and installation parts as I see no expertise in the practical elements amongst Peel or PHE personnel.

Even better still is the fact that Fords Bridgend engine plant which closed in 2020 has the welsh government involved in finding and attracting new investment into the area. And there we are. Right in the thick of it.

Now consider the future. If this plant shows promise imagine what would be possible when the Bridgend council sees an energy plant incorporated into the industrial estate, covering energy, heat, local hydrogen refuelling for lorries etc etc.
Forget Peel for the moment. They can just be another customer. Our plant is made for this type of local energy supplies.

I should imagine that before the lease was signed. Our in house legal director has contacted the appropriate council bodies to verify its suitable to proceed. Its on a standard industrial site that has a multitude of different types of businesses covering electrical, engineering, sheet metal works etc. It contains 3 phase electrics, mains gas, water and drainage

Still some way to go but without a tested and fully commissioned TCC even if its slightly smaller than a fully operating plant we have nothing to install at Protos.

A feedstock testing unit - much closer in design to the commercial thermal conversion chamber than the current demonstrator - is currently being manufactured and will be installed at Bridgend once the building has been made suitable for our use.

That's the theory mob looking for no doubt some funding. But the question is do they have a demonstration unit to show the BBC . Are they able to build a plant that has passed planning on a site? The answer is no on both accounts so I wouldn't worry to much about all these egg heads trying to get on board the energy train. On the other hand. Come on PHE an update on the TCC build would help quell some fears.

I have to admit that as a customer of both Lloyds for my original business loan and two Halifax mortgages plus a shareholder in both.
I voted against the original Halifax conversation but the vote went against me and I ended up with shares.
I always thought that the Halifax managers had no idea how to price up a business loan and I was correct on that assumption.
It was a case of show me the money for a mortgage with the Halifax to which they replied show us you have kept a savings account with us.

I believe that Lloyds floated loads of shares to give to the government in exchange for the money to cover the bailout of HBOS.
Am I correct in that assumption. And those shares that the government sold off into the market are really now those that they are buying back to cancel.

Is there now enough feed stock for the Italy MDC to run fully? Or do we have to wait for a new growing season to get the supplies for a 24/7 day operation. Only the video I saw only showed a small amount of plant materials in their covered hopper.

Listen to me John Swarbrick I only pointed out your mistake in reading his last post. I would have thought that at 50 years of age you can take a correction to an honest mistake. As far as I have seen nothing hate filled in his 15 posts unless you take the one where he told you to jog on.

Sorry BT but no you don't. I was quoting for hospitals and projects up to 3 years ahead of construction. If in business you just sit back waiting for that first job you will fail.
