As I said, ultimately even if Eqtec would get a 500 million loan tomorrow to complete all its project then they will still have troubles to be sustainable in the long run, they just have the wrong tech.

Is the SPV for our Plot 10B and is showing as a dormant company.
Under the clause "For the financial year ended 31 March 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies"
So until the next set of accounts to the 31 March 2023 there is no record of any financial dealings at that time. And I suspect that it remains a dormant company until possibly financial close

Quite right PT. The simple fact is the DMG plant is an integral part of the circular Plastic park recycling process and to not be part of that process makes the Park redundant in its intentions.
However until we have an update on the manufacture of the TCC I still have a concern that we are not being completely served by the BOD.
So in that case I have sent the following email request:
"This is a request aimed directly to Paul Emmitt.
Paul, as a retired electrical engineer and PHE investor would it be at all possible to provide an update on the construction of the TCC. To at least give us investors some hope as to its progress so far. Even better would be a photo if any of the TCC to be shown as part of the PHE web site that I could direct other investors to look at. Please do not ignore this request as transparency is a requirement for good investor/BOD relations."

I wasn't aware that I was replying to your post.
The demonstrator was just as it states. It demonstrates the concept of energy from plastic waste into electricity. And I understood that it was used to power a micro grid at the science park. The picture I saw showed the demonstrator about the size of a transit van and looked like something from the scrape heap challenge program. The demonstrator as I understood it was removed from the science park at their request.
The TCC that is being manufactured will be close enough to be scaled up for Protos but will be installed at Bridgend until the logistics of feedstock supplies etc are underway at Protos or any other site in Poland or Ireland.
That's my take on the project so far but always feel free to put another point of view across.
