TTT You missed out the energy to support the lighting circuits that could be coloured to the best Spectron for plant growth 24/7 as well. I only saw it with a waste plastic feed stock but any feedstock that gives self provision of UK energy and food supply could only be of benefit to my grand children.
So the question has to be why is a small company taking on Billingham when its alternatives are a better prospect. I also posted this on the PHE forum but as I hold shares in both it applies equally to both companies. Its always been my suggestion in earlier posts that a PHE plant could complement vertical green house farms. My reason being a tomato farm in Suffolk that is close by. The farm has now had to cease production due to high cost of energy. The following is of interest so please that a look at an alternative market PB. plus they are now owned by a finance firm. The future of Suffolk’s largest tomato producer is now looking much brighter after rocketing gas prices caused the business to close. Finance firm Amberside ALP has taken over the operations of a massive greenhouse between Bramford and Blakenham from Sterling Suffolk, which shut earlier this month due to increases in the cost of gas to heat the greenhouse and regulate the temperature. David Scrivens, director of Amberside ALP, said former staff from Sterling Suffolk would be re-hired for the new venture, while more sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions were being sought. One possibility was to use excess CO2 gas produced by a nearby energy-from-waste facility to power the greenhouse, while another was to use biomass boilers.
I thank all of you who replied. So it seems to be that a refurbished existing energy plant is the way to go for a quick turn around in plants and at a lower cost. I just wonder if those existing incinerator plants are a suitable candidates for future conversion?
I have a question for you aandi. Or in fact anyone else on this forum. How much does an EQTEC gasification plant cost to build from scratch. Ball park figures are welcome. Cheers and here's to Italy MDC in full operation.

How many times can Peel recycle the same pictures and videos Greenwashing??. Nutty As far as I'm concerned if the evidence of environmental improvement is there to support future plant construction. I'm all for a bit of greenwashing. Remember Protos with a DMG plant attached is a template for 10 or more sites built on brown field sites and marsh land. This country already have a problem with swampy and his ilk
Very informative video aandi thanks. It looks as if the process controls are there and as the chap says there is a small problem with a couple of valves. But then as a retired electrical and data engineer I could appreciate the run down of the processes involved.
Assuming that I have read it correctly, The plant has carried out individual plant parts testing and commissioning and is now running under manual operation providing electricity to someone, whilst at the same time developing the automation side of the controls. Is that a correct assumption?
Clearly, the land of the trolls is missing an inmate. Good one Bob I like the comment. But further to the question of using the term Dr without passing a PHD I asked my GP and dentist if they hold a PHD and they both said no I also checked out Dr Hook and the medicine show that I once saw at Wembley. And Dr Hook also had no PHD So the question is. Should I consider my GP and Dentist to be a fraud. Me thinks not.
Share holding of HW in HUI So it seems that he is still on board with the DMG plant from PHE 11 Jan 2023 White, Howard Executive Director Regular purchase transaction 350,000 at £0.16 £56,446.95 Total holding now is 15,310,833 shares
HW sold 96,418,733 shares BW sold 29,923,798 shares JW sold 69,961,425 shares So combined BW and JW share sales of 99,885,223 make them the majority sellers.

The acquisition needs to be approved by shareholders at the general meeting on 14 July 2020. A total of 88.7% of W2T shares are held by the family of Howard White and associated parties who are being treated as a concert party. Since the concert party will hold 39.9% of Powerhouse’s shares following the acquisition, Powerhouse’s shareholders will also vote on the approval of a waiver of Rule 9 of the Takeover Code, which would otherwise oblige the concert party to make an offer for the rest of Powerhouse’s shares. The 87.5% of shares issued to W2T shareholders are subject to restrictions preventing their sale for 12 months following completion of the transaction and requiring compliance with an orderly market agreement for 12 months after that. The members of the White family have also signed a relationship agreement requiring them to use their voting rights (26.1% of the enlarged share capital) for the benefit of shareholders as a whole and preventing them from attempting to influence the company at an operating level. I see no lies so far.
RE: Eqtec - Biochar gasification pioneers26 Feb 2023 18:24
I beg to differ aandi as the following implies different To fund these additional investments, EQTEC Italia MDC Srl (the "SPV") has raised c. € 1.45 million through a combination of shareholder loans and equity from Quainstone Limited and the Company, each subscribing approximately for half of the amount, resulting in a change to relative ownership of the SPV. The Company's share remains largely unchanged as the majority of its participation was through a shareholder loan, intended to be repaid with a bank refinance after COD. The updated capital ownership of the Plant is as follows: Investor Ownership share Quainstone Limited 48.25% EQTEC Holdings Limited 19.99% MetalNRG Eco Limited 15.88% Pitcole Limited 15.88% TOTAL 100.00% This make the SPV as you state Italia MDC But the holding in equity is under EQTEC Holdings Ltd and not EQTEC PLC But once again I could well be wrong. But as SPVs have the ability to protect the parent PLC from liability I doubt that the EQTEC PLC is the (company) in question.
RE: Eqtec - Biochar gasification pioneers26 Feb 2023 15:31
If I read it right the Company is the SPV which has investors such as EQTEC and others. And it is the company that can buy out EQTEC and those others at a fixed price. Also EQTEC and those others. Either individually or as a joint venture can presumably buy out the company at the same fixed price. Is that a correct assumption?
Anndi I used one of your links over on the PHE notice board under cover of the following.
"As a shareholder in EQTEC I thought it may be of interest to those of us that haven't followed both companies progression in the market place. This link was posted by aandi over on the Eqtec form and it highlights perhaps some of the way to go in the future of PHE marketing. Anndi I thank you for bringing it to our attention.
