Yuri, TakeOver would be little down the road, may be soon after the next batch of drill results come in. I would expect us to be around 40p Mark in 1-2 months from now OR sooner. Newmont would want to grab the remainder of 80% they currently do not own at a low price IF possible...who would not, eh... Would depend on market price at such time, and how big Anza gold deposit turns out, however e.g. even if they paid 100% premium to let's say 40p to make a knock out TakeOver approach at 80p, it would still be peanuts compared to what Newmont paid last year for just 20% Equity of Contibental (US$109m). Also any low ball TakeOver offer might be rejected by other Major shareholders on OMI register. Newmont would have to pay a hefty Premium if they want 100% control OR risk letting OMI fall prey to their competitors, e.g. Barrick Gold who just got bigger and might also want to join the party here...

Total shares in issue are only 146.8m and after you remove shares held by Newmont, Gold2000, Continental, KBC....then free Float is under 100m shares only. Hence why this moves at lightning speed and regular NT to Buy any decent Qty. Re-rate is coming and Market about to play catch up with much higher MCap than current measly £14m as full significance of Newmont deal gets recognised. OMI fully de-risked and fully funded by Newmont to commercial production. Best wishes all.

Got a sneaky feeling we gonna hit 15p just on Mon/Tue and 20p by end of the week. As more and more folks take notice of how undervalued this really is. Solg MCap at £623m..... Over time we should catch up with Solg MCap....don't know when exactly, unless Newmont Buy Out OMI outright much earlier. We need to understand the true worth of our OMI shares, which is way north of 10p any which way you cut it. Imho.

is OMi without any doubt in my view. Just look at the impact on Solg share price of NewCrest taking an initial 10% stake. Today Solg MCap is £623m....wow Currently both NewCrest and BHP own a combined Equity of 20.64% in Solg. NEWMONT already own 19.9% Equity in OMI directly and effectively over 21% via Continental Gold. Newmont paid US$109m for just 19.9% Equity in Continental. Market just beginning to realise how undervalued OMI is with just £14m MCap?

Proslenes, Excellent recap / summary. At some point Market should give Matd benefit of the doubt that WH will be done this year despite past shenanigans. I think they need to Spud WH by mid-Oct latest.

I can see this hitting 15p next week in Double quick time, might even see 20p by end of next week going by the strong momentum which is about to get even stronger. ...Low MCap and Newmont.... Perfect combination for a significant re-rate that is coming. Take Over should happen down the road as more high Gold grades are reported. Even at 50p MCap would be just £73m? Any Gold Major would bite your hand off for such cheap MCap vs high grades seen so far. How crazy is that?....yet we got highest gold grades not seen in a long time. I am looking to add more before price runs away. 10-15p might look really cheap in coming weeks / months. Best wishes all.

I think those 20.4p Warrants should soon be in the money when it gets to over 25p

...think Gold is onto another Bull run probably bigger than previous Bull run that hit $1900 per Oz. Experts getting into Gold stocks that are at multi-year Low valuations. Majors getting into early stage High grade Gold deposits. Newmont got into OMI and they know they onto a winner with high Gold grades seen so far at Anza Gold deposit. I think OMI set to soar in coming weeks with crazy low current MCap £12m???

That was a fake drop, when MMs put a sale at 9.65 at 4:35 after market close. spread was 10.10-10.50 at close. Also noticed few more trades entered after hours, last one was 80k Buy at 10.31

You won't be far off with £1 given crazy low MCap...should already have been at 20p in my opinion. Even at 20p MCap would only be £29m??? Best growth story and ROI from 10p....even 20p would look cheap in coming months as drill results start to come in. Might get drilling RNS next week.

Scrufee, Agree. This will more traction next week. Best growth stock for 2018 and 2019. This is one stock that can provide phenomenal gains over next year given such low MCap and Newmont about to restart drilling the high grade Anza deposit. 10p will look very cheap in coming weeks.

Low MCap & Newmont is the perfect combination for a significant re-rate here. Wider market just catching on.

Just had a re-read of the 27 Sep RNS.

I just don't understand Hudson being Majority shareholder and supportive in the past....why would they abandon BZM at a crucial stage of the company......just don't get it.

Even for a Placing of New Equity, company needs to obtain consent from "Hudson" to pass resolution to obtain such authority to issue extra shares ?
