7 Dec RNS - states, drill contract negotiations for Block XX at an "Advanced stage"....so its happening, might be Petro China or someone else...makes no difference who it is. RNS should come soon as both parties have agreed the costs and terms etc.

Similar contractor terms under negotiation for Block V also, while we wait for Environmental permit approval.
