First UK IM has landed, good news indeed and hopefully the first of many! 🍀🤞

AZ really threw us a curved ball yesterday.

There we all were wondering whether first UK IM was going to be piped aboard and instead we get this lot of alphabetti spaghetti!

In so far as I can understand it , which , to be fair , is really not very far at all , it's just a bit of housekeeping , as I said yesterday , an aligning of ducks , neither good news or bad , simply putting ones house in order to be in a better position to meet future challenges , so nothing to fret about.

I look forward to the next thrilling instalment of SYME's fascinating story , first UK IM perhaps?

Who knows? Doesn't matter it's coming soon enough.

Will it give a sustained boost to the SP?

That would be nice but I wouldn't bet the whole bank on it.

Important thing is it's another little gem for SYME's shop window , a way to attract investors and , potentially, build momentum towards meaningful revenue.

I prefer to take SP movements on no news or on anticipated news with a big pinch of salt.

Lord knows the SP doesn't always react in the way one might expect even when we DO get substantive news!

I am not particularly bothered if first UK IM does not arrive on Friday so long as it's there or thereabouts.

The important thing is to get these IM's up and running - and running smoothly in order to use them as an example to attract the much needed funders. The true bellwether (there ya go 🐏) of SYME's success will be when we see the prospective funders queueing up in be the same way prospective clients are (that or white label kicking off but then I guess that amounts to the same thing)

I don't expect first UK IM , in and of itself , to have any great impact on sp (very happy to be wrong mind you) but it is an important part of an ongoing process. Some might say that process has been ongoing a bit too long now but at least it IS still going and may even be finally getting somewhere. 🤞

I have the greatest respect for anyone who can speak more than one language especially when you consider that many English people struggle with their own lingo never mind anyone else's but when Alessandro starts to talk I have a tendancy to enter a trance like state where I lose all sense of rhyme & reason 😶

That said , I thought almost all of the questions were very good and pertinent and most of the answers , in so far as the board are able to answer due to the usual constraints , were - shall we say - adequate , albeit with a good deal of flannel thrown in but that is to be expected.

No earth shattering revelations but that's ok because I wasn't expecting any so...

First UK IM is about to surface and apparently involves a company that supplies marine equipment.

I wonder if they supplied the diving boots that some person/or persons unknown have strapped on to SYME sp's feet?! LoL 😂

In all seriousness though , I won't even begin to try to predict sp movements as SYMES sp seems to fly in the face of conventional logic. What we do know is that the potential is huge and we already have a number of deals done or being done.

Being the old cynic that I am , I stop short of calling these deals Proof Of Concept , I see them more as prototypes to be monitored then assessed in the fullness of time.

However , even if it isn't POC just yet it must surely go a long way towards it.

In any case , there is a lot of good stuff going on and if that keeps up at a suitable rate of knots (so to speak) he SP will eventually take care of itself. 🤞

I always try to keep an open mind and consider all points of view in an even handed manner.

If by "detractor" one means an individual who deliberately tries to undermine the companies credibility or chances of success to suit their own underhanded agenda then yes , no question we have seen that that going on.

However , it is also the case that some of SYME's more ardent devotees are clearly sporting a big old pair of SYME blinkers that preclude them from looking at anything in an impartial way and simply don't have the wherewithal to distinguish between a "detractor" and a genuine holder who is either frustrated or simply criticising one or other part of the companies endeavours and as share holders we are surely entitled to do just that if we feel the need.

The idea that Southstand is some sort of fifth columnist is beyond stupid and really quite laughable 😂
