My problem Croq is how much of any upside will be left to the PI's after the financiers get their noses in the trough - £12mm to repay and an override seems to be the starting point in any negotiations - it really means they have to produce really well to leave anything for corporate costs and anything new

IBUG - I went through their quarterly reports and their 8K's which are published whenever there is a significant change

Why would Tellurian hold? They were happy to sell out and wise enough to get some cash as well as the shares. they have zero interest in UK exploration and production

I've gone through the latest Tellurian reports and there is absolutely no mention of any retained interest in UKOG

I think Canaccord and Tellurian are long gone - UKOG have never bothered much about chasing up these guys for a TR1

Normally under the JOA the Operator has to agree press releases but you can't stop people if they really want to go public. Any Aussie company claims that they MUST publish anything they like because of Oz SE rules. In the dark past the DTI/DEn etc used to have to sign off releases to stop people pumping the stock - sadly those days are long gone

ZYX - good suggestion but also COPY it to he FCA so the Nomad can see you've done that.

The Nomads aren't scared of the PI's but they don't want the FCA around asking questions

production water is never a good sign - most UK onshore fields are killed by the cost of water removal

That number is the Companies estimate - it has to be put on production to prove it. Withe w/o rig on site I'd image they'll be in production within the next 30 days - possible even within 2 weeks

Those fields were found in the 60's and 70's. Oil companies spent the period from 1965 - 1990 drilling all over Yorkshire & Lincolnshire and found very little - Welton near Lincoln wasn't too bad but much smaller than Wytch Farm (or Hewett). The geology is different for many of the discoveries as well.

My guess is that W Newton is another smallish hydrocarbon discovery which may or may not be commercial

Wizz you speak as if HHDL was once separate company - it never was - it was a few Directors from the Lenigas Gang, including UKOG ALba etc. they never had any employees and the wells were all drilled by ANGS and UKOG management

HHDL was a a shell or front to keep the OGA and "joint & several liability" at arms length from Angus, Solo, UKOG, Doriemus and Uncle Tom Cobbley IMHO

Balcombe never flowed much at all - any quoted rates were all very short term - they may have drained the fractures. That seems to be what has happened at HH1 - the Kimm flowed but long term the recharge from the formation into the fractures probably hasn't been good enough. And remember Broadford Bridge
