Actually forget Lindsey - it's too small , it's got a water problem and people have been trying to farm it for 15 years without success

You see that one way I see it another & believe that what are currently 10's of millions in the UK will become 100's of millions in the UK & if Turkey is already 100's of millions it has the potential to become billion's of barrels but we will see.

Maybe you should look at SS's previous discovery record.

Actually no excuses as explained & as poster Sanderson told you when you were not prepared to communicate with them. UKOG will own 100% of HH . They have completed the Portland field development plan & started production & you are still complaining. They will go back to the centre of the Weald in PEDL 234 to test the Portland for gas & complete OGA obligation work's ready for the Kimmeridge FDP following a successful application or appeal.

Shell wouldn't come in for all the oil currently produced onshore UK including Wytch Farm. They aren't interested in small amounts of oil in a country which doesn't want you there. They don't want protestors blockading their petrol stations and they don't want their people threatened by Greenies and nut jobs like XR.

This idea that some big outfit is going to come in and save SS and friends isn't going to happen - just look around - even INEOS pulled out. And last year UKOG went of to Turkey because - and I quote the Master himself:-

"The Licence therefore offers UKOG the realistic potential of adding significant net recoverable reserves greater than those within its current UK portfolio"

So Shell would be better off talking to AME....

Sad really - the latest RNS have left the rampers back at the Lenigas inspired HH after a long journey through Broadford Bridge, A24, Markwells Wood, Arreton, Loxley, renewables and Turkey back to 2015's Kimm estimates.

If they were so good why wasn't HH2 deepened? Why as the EWT on the Kimm stopped??

And the latest RNS has killed hope of any "transformational" news until late 2022. As HH doesn't produce enough to cover the total cost of running the company day to day there can only be one answer - another dilution (or two)

presumably the original flare is in need of maintenance or repair - they've brought in #2 so they don't interrupt operation/production

That would also help explain the lack of news - things throttled back or interrupted

HITS - my thoughts exactly when I saw it was a w/o rig - but remember this isn't Statoil - its ANGS......................... it was probably cheaper to use it now....

the case ran for 6 years - and even after a final decison in 2018 the indians said they wouldn't pay and appealed it - then after a final decison (another 2 years) Cairn cut up rough and statred to identify Indian Govt asets overseas fo seizure

IIRC they only gave average numbers over a period - not the final few days of Kimm production

A lot of people think the pressure dropped so far, due to exhausting the oil in the fracture network, that it just wasn't worth it any more. That was always a risk - hence the EWT - they probabaly have an idea of how long they'd have to wait (months. years, decades....) for the fractures to refill............

The give away was when they didn't deepen HH2 - it would only have cost thema few days and less than £ 100k rather than a new well, but they didn't do it
