relatively small beer for a medium sized O&G company . Take out CA and make on offer - if people stick with their shares you still have control and you just ignore those left in the stock

farmins are highly variable - you aim for a 2 for 1 - someone pays 100% of the cost of a well for 50% of the interest - but it all depends. If money is really tight you finish up like Argos in the Falklands - they farmed 100% of the interest in return for some cash and a small override to Nobel years back - and they didn't even get a well drilled - but they did get the acreage back when Noble walked eventually without drilling.

Clever Ocelot - you fly a kite as a questions and people are now talking as if it could happen. Loxley (aka Godley Bridge 3) has been available to farmin since 1986 - that's 46 years and no-one has taken it up. No significant new data has been acquired for over 30 years . The value is therefore clear.
