Almost every week a stock shows a crazy start (up or down) - and it is corrected shortly - it seems to be the amount of data that the brokers have to update first thing after a Bank Holiday or a Weekend and the system reacts too quickly .

From a stats view that is a totally flawed argument ocelot - we have no idea if anyone has been looking for seeps, or how the other ones were identified, or if others exist and have never been reported. AS others say - its not unusual to have seeps in thrust faulted areas - the problem is that seeps often indicate the traps have leaked and there isn't much oil left.

Actually looking at the calculation the hedge is costing around £ 45,000 a day - so it's not $90,000 it's £130,000 we now owe
