Rubey I didn't notice the first time I looked at the presentation but on Page 8 in the rh 3 bullet point column ( 1 Porosity, 2 Saturation, 3 Mudgas) the Saturation whilst I knew it was better at B1 - Z than A-2 I had no idea the saturations were 4 - 5 x ( 400% - 500% ) higher.

"Entire Interval hydrocarbon saturated. Inferred hydrocarbon saturations ( from resistivity logs) are higher at B1-Z (4-5x)."

If we had estimates of 146m - 186m barrels for A2-well @ 65 metre hydrocarbon column what could we possibly have at B1-Z with a hydrocarbon column of at least 118 metres and 4-5 x the saturation?

The OPEC decision to maintain the 1m barrel cut for another month has really made a bullish stance for oil, Brent now approaching $69 and can see it extending quite a bit further as countries start to put their Covid roadmap exits in to operation.

Tony we posted at the same time but basically we have said the same albeit worded differently, I agree if EWT / CPR / Volumes and monetisation do not move this then its only to be expected for PI's to re assess.

CB I think when S&S stated in the recent Q&A Forum that they are not going to rush the monetisation so as not to sell too cheaply and get fair value ( words to that effect) they will want as much ammunition in their arsenal to gain the best possible deal possible and have the necessary leverage to take with them in to those talks with majors / potential buyers.
Therefore I actually believe waiting for EWT Flow results / Volumes and a CPR will tick those boxes. If it means a few more pence on the sp by giving us a higher MarCap then surely, for me at least, a few more weeks / months will be worth it to the shareholders.
We could be sitting here in a UKOG situation so I am more than happy that after 4 years we not only have what looks like a game changer but its finally approaching.

It has been an awful wait, nearly 4 years for me but I have used it to add periodically over that time. In fairness to S&S there was no way that could know when Rathlin drilled for the gas at WN-1 over 18 mths ago that in addition to the gas we would also hit a liquid hydrocarbon column. That stopped everything in its tracks due to needing new permits, regulatory protocol had to be followed and its a slow business.
The good news is we are about to commence EWT, should be by the end of this month, it's what was stated so I will give them that grace, as for BMD irrespective of ones feelings the worded language on twitter was disgraceful, a personal attack using the F - word said more about him than it did to the intended recipients.

With over 14% porosity, secondary vuggy porosity and natural fracturing I concur that it should flow :¬)

Corallian are cash strapped and one thing that the albeit failed attempt with Deltic showed is that S&S are hard nosed when it comes to business.
Deltic were offended but S&S show no emotion when looking for acquisitions / mergeres etc and as a few said on here a couple of weeks ago there is far more to this £1m cash loan to Corallian than meets the eye, imo of course.

Good Morning BH, you sound in good spirits mate and it makes a refreshing change to read that on this bb. I stated recently that after 4 years or so of being a LTH that we are due a busy news period soon, whether it's next week or the end of the month / early April for EWT start for me it doesn't matter.
The long wait is coming to an end and with each news update, whether it's volumes, CPR, flow rates, talks with a major/s it should give an uplift to the sp each time.

Cassbet absolutely agree whilst Greatland isn't mentioned from about 13 mins on it mimics everything we are about. Although he quotes West Africa he may well as be talking about Greatland, he quotes grades of 4 / 5 g/t for 50 metres as being world class. Havieron blows that away and then he states about junior exploreres who could get to the mining stage.
Excellent find mate and you are correct in that the content is totally relevant to GGP. I think the only reason we are not mentioned is that he is probably not invested here, nothing more.

Persi as you well know Rathlin are the operators and they run the show, that is why S&S have to wait for Rathlin operational updates before we rns the same.
Anyway a month ago you stated we could 10 bag, are you still of that opinion.

The rns was concise and about options so by its very nature unamazing. The operators are Rathlin so they decide the works program and timeline, I haven't seen anything that contradicts the proposed starting of EWT.

Rubey, agreed. After an awfully long wait, for the LTH's at least, we are now in touching distance of the busiest spell of news and updates.
S&S stated at the Q&A forum that they are constantly in talks to promote and make people aware of what they believe WN may hold. Whilst having no choice but to deny they have held talks with a foreign major I believe that a buyer or buyers are waiting in the wings.
I have held here for the best part of 4 years, a few months more is no hardship.

ChB, I don't see it as a negative, changing the option dates cannot affect anything operationally i.e the EWT, CPR or talks / negotiations with a major etc.
Nothing has changed or will change on those and I read the rns exactly as it is intended and due solely as covid related.
EWT expected to start in March and a busy news flow in the following months thereafter.

Grewber it's actually over 14%, just go to Dec 10th RNS 'Significant Hydrocarbon Discovery at West Newton' and in the highlight bullet points the 4th one down is 'Enhanced porosities of OVER 14% observed on wireline logs, comparing favourably to previous A-2 well'.
There are also actual photographs of core samples which show a secondary 'Vuggy porosity' and also natural fracturing. This will flow and then some.

There's also an interview on BRR media regarding yesterdays Corallian funding.

There was a report yesterday stating $70 (Q2) Apr - Jun and then $75 (Q3) Jul - Sep. Irrespective it does appear to have a higher base and being helped by the Covid vaccine roll out and the problems in Texas which appear to not have a quick fix.
It surely has to help what we can command when monetisation is on the table, as S&S stated they don't want to sell too quickly / cheaply, and whatever anyone thinks of Malcy I think he is correct on one thing and that being there will be a few lined up ready to pay a decent price for WN. S&S know this if they play it right and not appear too eager too early.
