This may well be the new initiative that AZ recently made reference to. it is a huge improvement compared to Negma and puts Syme in a lot more control moving forward.

31 days in August so it's possible, if it goes to the wire, that it could be Tuesday 31st but as stated Monday being a Bank Holiday then Friday close could indeed be interesting as if you are not in by then a 7am RNS Tuesday will mean buying at the mercy of the 8am bell and rising sp ( hopefully ).

David Bull is an impressive addition, some excellent positions including Vice President for 7 years at Deutsche Bank, Germany's equivalent of the Bank of England. As others have stated Dominic White had been selling down for some time with a view to leave.
He's gone, we can draw a line under the past and move forward to the future with a fresh new team, nobody can deny the quality of the team Alessandro has now surrounded himself with.

A lot of posting here on Tom James / TradeFlow and rightly so but I have been digging around on Tony Brown who as the LTH's will know is Syme's voice in the USA and I am sure most of you also are aware that Tony set up the Trade Advisory Committee in the USA.

I have viewed a lot of talks on you tube that Tony Brown has chaired and a little while back i did state on a post here that large Corporates and Heads of Finance ( USA ) approach him directly for advice and to request seminars in his presence etc.

To say this guy knows his business is an understatement and the quality of the personnel he holds court with is at the highest level and they are at the top of the tree status and position wise.

I have just watched a video June 24th 2021 of GTR (Global Trade Review 2021 USA) and the positions of the people he interviews / rubbing shoulders with is staggering.

Of the 4 people their job titles are:

Managing Director - Head of Global Transactions Banking North America for Lloyds Bank

Managing Director Head of Trade Product Sales Asia Pacific for Global Transactions Bank of America

Vice President of Growth & Responsible for Supply Chain Technology Platform - J P Morgan

Managing Director & Global Head of Insurance Sales & Business Development

When this is the level of top notch corporate managers prepared to sit down with you for me shows the respect they hold for Tony Brown.

As I said Tom James / John Collis / Alessandro all worthy of praise but this guy in the USA is top drawer and it should not be overlooked when doing your research into Syme just what he will bring from the USA.

Johnski the year on year expected profit growth is actually exactly 100%, 2021 £9.7m, 2022 £19m, 2023 £38m. Even if these figures are not totally accurate it does show a steep curve year on year, the exciting analogy being that the curve is not likely to suddenly stop for following years so what figures for 2024 / 5 / 6 etc taking into account compound % increments of the year previous.

I do accept that Syme probably commissioned Ed Stacey / Proactive to issue the report but only to underpin that irrespective of Negma / T/F cashing in their shares that Investors must look at and not forget the fundamentals and future expectations of Syme.

Some big leaps in profits over the next 2 - 3 years in that end of this Year 2021 ( Current £0.4m ) to £9.7m, then 2022 £19.1m and 2023 £38.0m.
If a re-rate in sp, as suggested, is expected for the remainder of this year it begs the question how high the sp can go at the end of 2023 when profits are nearly double Wise @£21.3m who were given an incredible MarCap on listing (P/E accepted).
Any educated calcs as to a fairly accurate sp expectation circa Dec 2023?

Angus, whilst timescales may not have been adhered to, which to me is perfectly understandable during a 'start up', nothing has changed to the fundamentals and direction of AZ. We now have TradeFlow 100% under our umbrella, something which AZ had promised, it was not that long ago we were suspended and myself included had a pretty nervous time wondering if that was it and it would not resume trading.
Tom James and John Collis will be champing at the bit and they will feel the shackles are off for them as TradeFlow was a small fish in an even smaller pond in that they could not 'service' the volumes demanded of them. We are talking a demand multiple of x 30!
So Tom and John stated they are now working at Global Expansion, sounds exaggerated and wishful thinking, but with Syme they are now small fish in a bigger pond with room to expand and grow. I really believe that as TradeFlow has been up and running for 3 years with 30 - 50 new clients coming on their books every month they are probably better suited than AZ to lead Syme's growth with AZ in attendance, AZ can only do so much and he has now surrounded himself with top notch staff in all areas to fulfill his dream, it was Tony Brown who actually set up the Trade Advisory Committee in the USA, it's his baby with Industry leaders requesting seminars with him and he is now shouting from the rooftops on Syme's behalf.

The next news is a well known list of objectives and I am happy that, timescales apart, they will be met 1 by 1 and the snowball effect including white labelling will comfortably (with P/E) put the sp in double figures in 2 - 3 years time.

I am happy to wait for each news release when it happens.

ns20 absolutely no problem with your reply and nice to see some reasoned facts behind it, I also agree 100% with you Wise is as you say a different animal to Syme in what they do. That said, we are, at the moment, unique and the world's first in what we do and small and medium companies trading less than 3 years who cannot access help from banks or be in the position to dilute / offer shares / cashflow problem will be queuing up imo. We could very well see that snowball effect and the 'white labelling' of allowing banks / financial institutions of using our platform, even if not dealing with us direct, should not be underestimated imo A bit like telecommunications companies setting up against BT but having to pay to use their infrastructure etc.

There is a spreadsheet on twitter ( courtesy of alwayznow ) that shows that Wise the Fintech Company listing and valued at nearly £9bn from profits of, wait for it...…. £21.3m. Yes just over 20m profits and it has been valued at £8bn - £9bn.
Alwayznow states that Syme would have to monetise £2bn to get a profit income of £20m, not sure we fully understand just what the possibilities could be for Syme. Are we at the start of something that is bigger than big. I think so, I really do.

apunter I stated that to Gotham yesterday in that everyone appeared to have overlooked his post and the link was dynamite in the list of names, it appears 100% genuine and includes several Funders, among them 2 of the Banks having Assets under Management of $127bn & $500bn ( half a trillion ). It includes SH in the list (but not as Funder) and therefore it gives credence to being bona fide.

We didn't just buy a company we got 2 of the best brains in this field coming on to Syme's Board, namely, Tom James and John Collis. That is priceless imo.

Peak I looked up, (after reading your post yesterday 08:00 ) as to the requirements of Nasdaq listing ( Investopedia ) and it's a pretty tough cookie with almost exclusive club membership conditions. Least of all a $4 sp requirement although if you meet other criteria this can be brought down to between $2- $3.

So agreeing with you we are looking at £2 minimum sp to 'join'. My point is Alessandro, being astute financially, would know this, surely, so it begs the question even in several years time are Syme BOD really expecting the sp to attain those highs.
Even taking in to account possible 40x - 80x P/E this looks a tall order and then some.

To me that seems in the realms of fantasy but I note not one single poster, we know who they are, called you out on this and I just wondered as to other posters thoughts of to what we could achieve, realistically, if we conquer the USA, MENA, Europe, Singapore as AZ hopes to.

My response to argo007, if you took the time to read it properly, was actually about why his holding did not show up in Divvy's list i.e his shares are in a nominee account and the volumes of our holdings would otherwise show up hence the reason we both stated the amount we have.
