Sad to say it is Pi's just about everywhere. The saddest are those who are not invested, never where going to invest, yet infest BBs with banality. So many are petro physicists and oil geologists of such great renoun, they are only known to themselves and their pc.

I suspect tanesco are in deep trouble internally over this. They have, we believe, given away a contract to a SOE with a proven track record of failure and unpaid debts. The partner has no permits for the proposed power plant.

I suspect the Tg and Tanesco are looking for a carpet to sweep this under.
