I have just listened again t the pod cast and i believe he says that first in Q2 2019 not 2018 second in Q1 2020. The sound is not quite so good a LC seems to mumble. so close to 25mw in total for Q1 2020. the last 6mw should be sorted out by end of the first week in March, may be that will also come in in Q1 2020. I am far more interested to know how the additional 84mw is coming along.

In fairness if the revenues do cover operational cost for all of Kibo from Q1 2020 that is not a bad thing.

I hardly think that Kenyan business decisions in the field of energy are any more or indeed less reliable than the TZ. Selecting a failed SOE coal miner for the tender, subject to formal announcement. You do realise that the proposed energy mix for TZ has not be altered at this moment and the tender is for a coal to power tender not solar, a sort of inconvenient truth.
