yes it's complicated but as others have mentioned 20 months is just ridiculous especially when these arbitrators are working on different cases all the time...

considering the billions they had to calculate in Yukos case ,i can't see why it would be so difficult to calculate any award, should we reach that stage. from a longer term shareholder perspective this really has become farcical

Yes and It's the same stuff week in week out... It does beg the question why some people are even in this stock. Really will be glad when this is finally over

they have to issue voting rights rns at the end of each month.. have a look back in history and you will see this.

have to agree with you in terms of 'justice', and the process itself... these arbitrators seem to have too much power and no one to tell them to stick to reasonable timeframes instead they actually take on more cases while existing ones seem to be left and the back of the pile The whole process so far has been a **** take. can only hope for a ending soon..

nice one petty.. when this is all over i will miss your sense of humour, it takes time to appreciate it..
