as usual we are in the dark about all these crucial questions and now the website seems gone... pretty sure the litigation funders have first port of call on any 'winnings' even though this is hardly what we call a win.

not so sure about 10%, if the legal funder is willing to forget the $15m and take it further (remember there not in the same position as us). They just wouldn't do this unless there's significant grounds to appeal... From our perspective we can only hope that this is what will happens.

yes they are very expensive. could be ages before uzbeks pay the $15m unless we appeal so how will they be paid?

so are you saying they will appeal because the rns left more questions then answers....

Good summary,if we do have £1m-2m leftover then surely the best option would be to reverse this into something new. There are still some relatively large shareholders here inc R.Shead and Gibbons so i hope they seriously consider this option and there has been some pretty good reverse takeovers recently like CEB , ARS,PPG,OBTI ,TERN etc. all pie in the sky unless we have some decent amount of cash leftover and if/when the money actually comes through but after whats happened i just feel we might be flogging a dead horse with this arbitration.

Uzbeks unlikely to have paid anything unless there sure we don't appeal??? and we don't know how much if anything might be left over for us. but in a ideal scenario if we have a decent amount of cash leftover we could reverse into a resource stock which will eventually go into production (gold preferably) and then hold on for the next bull cycle.. just being optimistic but which way you look at it we will need some help here..

that's what i feel about this too,the timing is also stinks , why would this take 20 months from our final hearing and 5 years in total? Richard needs to tell us whats happened ,we lost the case and been feed on crumbs last few years so enough of these confidentiality statements and just tell us what happened..

Then there's no need to worry is there... Seems there's a Few people posting after several months or years and now trying to rub it in.

Thanks for your kind words. It will take time to recover my huge losses but this a valuable lesson to actually pay very close attention to other views especially when they aren't simple one liners or abusive-they may just be telling us something we don't want to hear.

Petty -At least you took some of the table ,I'm the biggest muppet on here I kept adding thinking that the longer it took the chances of a complete loss was extremely unlikely, of course none of us knew what the Uzbeks had against us..... I'm amazed that we didn't even get the original investment back,complete wipe out..

Govt of Mongolia put in a appeal against Khan resources but your right i don't know of a case where the a UNICITRAL decision has been reversed?

I respect your opinion and value your posts but if Oxus themselves expected the decision in 2014 you can't say we've all known that these things take slightly longer, it's only this year some of us have been looking into other cases to try to make sense of the length of time involved. if you look across all the bulletin boards for this stock all respected posters have been surprised it has taken this long so with respect allowed I would hope I'm allowed to voice my annoyance on the odd occasion without the third degree.. Plus i hardly post here that much but thanks for your advise anyway.
