shwmae-unless the administrators say something to contrary i won't be writing this off. Normally it don't take 8 months to officially dissolve a company in administration?

not a write off unless officially told by the administrators nearly 8 months since we the lost the case but the company is not dead so we can only be cautiously optimistic that our case will eventually go to appeal.

just because a few popular names vanished from this thread it doesn't mean some of us have given up!

there's clear conflicts of interest but who looks into these kinds of matters? in the report on point 62 ,at the very start of the arbitration it seems to have to been bought to the panels attention but they disregarded it giving no explanation...
