btw they did get an award of $10 so if the project was as you put 'just based on good intentions' then there's no need for even that award.....

i'm not too sure where your coming from on this.In the past i've read similar comments on this forum but i think some are still confused... you do realise there claim was for 2 projects,one of which was a jv already in production and that i presume is where the appeal is centred on? If you post any questions on oxus thread it might clear up this confusion...

Mikemike- the Oxus report is full of contradictions,they've even got the country wrong when it comes to the dividend.. read para 749 and 555 and the dissenting opinion..

This is going to the paris appeal courts the equivalent to our high court not back to Unicitral or Icsid (at this stage anyway)so don't make so many assumption when none of us know what the appeal is based on.. Uzbekistan hardly gets glowing reviews when it comes to things like corruption.If the decsion gets reversed you guys won't have much to worry since you don't really have a position...

everyone who buys at this level think's its undervalued,mugs buying at over 1p thought this was the next evrh.. and now it hardly gets mentioned..
