You should read the Oxus Gold dissenting opinion... Article 39 was also mentioned there and seemingly ignored when that case was also thrown out..

all the placings have been progressively getting lower so what makes you think it's going back to 1p anytime soon...

when you say patience what times are you talking about. this has been a pretty poor investment so far..

I can understand some comments regarding moving on and not spending too much energy on this -what will be will be ,but i really can't see them walking away from this farce... Noors evidence should have been struck out for failure to show even by video link..

Maestro-i really can't see them walking away,too much time and money has been spent to do that It's going to be a long drawn out process (same as Oxus gold) but all is not lost.

we might be moving back towards some kind of sensible valuation.. this has taken an almighty hammering.

took ages to get to 3p+ and the share price has been destroyed..

didn't think we would see these prices again so in for a few..

just need to get some numbers and the market will price this accordingly. really hope we can get back over 1p at some point this year
