Don't think many of us were aware of this (if that's case) Unless I'm mistaken, the confidentiality statements from the company didn't specifically say that the final report wouldn't be released and none of private investors are experts on the workings of this arbitration court.........

the most important one for us! the arbitration report ;)) i can't see Oxus having the power to with hold this so why is still not available to view,what's the big deal?

whatever happens we as the shareholders should be entitled to see the report.

The stock is already cancelled from AIM listing so we can't come back. The only questions that remain is will they be appealing this decision and how did we lose ie when will we this report. I'm already assuming we won't be seeing anything of the $15m...

there's still questions that need answering but does anyone really care the private investor..

surely not yet wait until the administrators report...

they made a error but the overall story has never changed... see these moving to 2p at some point this year

probably best to just ring the administrators and speak to them directly.Looks to me that they are just sending out the same standard respose via email to everyone... if there's any justice left in this world then they will try to find a way to appeal...

bets there's short selling going on. lake had a similar fall last week only to rise back a few days later..
