I am new to this Henners but its off the books between instituitions big individuals i assume? and there is a buyer at 69.5p?

someone is willing to buy over £2,000,000. worth of shares at 69.5p. They probably know a lot more than us about where this share is heading. follow the money!!!

Absolutely agree hes doubled his money but who is buying???? very exciting transaction imho.

By my estimates the off the book trade at 10.19am for 2,900,000 shares at 69.5p means someone has purchased 2.2% of the company in one transaction!!!!!. look out for a TR1 within the next 48 hrs.:)

I haven’t looked at them but because they are noted as sells doesn’t mean they necessarily are. MMs and the I believe the software used can list something as a sell when it is really a buy and vice versa, the best indicator imo is to see if the price rises or falls on the execution of the sale. Good example yesterday, there was huge volume and a rise of 28% or whatever and the sell volume was higher than the buy volume which it clearly wasn’t. Just busy being logged as sells.

No one can say for sure but regardless of the share placement SNGs prospects look the same. Excellent. The shares are going to certain individuals and institutions who have held the shares for years. They would have to be mad to sell off now on the eve of something that could be huge. Not convinced there will be a big sell off tbh. Just wish I had the money to buy them all.:)

Reading the Proactive Investor article today about SNG it surely means the trials are going very well. Why otherwise would they use language like ‘a trial on coronavirus (COVID-19) patients of SNG001 - the company's wholly-owned inhaled formulation of interferon-beta-1a - has now been labelled as an Urgent Public Health study by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).’ This should help escalate timelines of testing. NIHR spend a billion a year roughly on research. Good to have these guys backing us.

Ghia - that is interesting thank you for sharing. I'm in two minds about selling and buying to boost up the average, i did it today but i wouldnt want less than 3/4 of my stake not in at any one time. It just makes it a bit more interesting imo. Maybe a bit adrenalin junky but hey ho.:)

i sold 25% of my holding at 70.75p. Fully intend to put it back in but makes sense to try to ride the waves a bit too. If it continues to fly great, if it drops back i'm straight back in.

Do that Stoks I’ll buy it. Trust me, your 20k if indeed you have that, isn’t going to make any difference to the general rise in price.
