Safy-I understood your post perfectly well. It all depends on your average price of buy in. But regardless we all know by the TR1’s their is a Seller around and no one knows for sure when they will be done. So you either accept the temporary stagnation to the SP caused by the seller and 40 million share placement or sell up. I do and always have held the view this SP is well south of where it should be. Best to enjoy the garden and not get frustrated on days like this.

Safy- unless you are willing to hold until trial results this is probably not the share for you. The peaks and troughs are not too hard to work out until more concrete news comes along. If you need some action maybe use 25% of your holding to ride the peaks. Personally I wouldn’t be out of this stock anymore than that in case it takes off. But playing the peaks can increase your shareholding too when you buy back. DYOR.

Dr Eleanor fish has been championing the use of interferons for some time now. Interesting to note the following from the piece:

‘Dr. Fish and colleagues in China investigated the use of interferon alpha-2b on 77 patients in a Wuhan hospital with moderate cases of COVID-19. The study found that the drug significantly accelerated clearance of the virus from the airways of patients. Details of the study are scheduled for publication this Friday in the journal Frontiers of Immunology.’

Appreciate it is Alpha 2b but all good press for interferons nevertheless. Roll on Friday.:).

John- nothing to do with COPD. It was based on Asthma patients with exacerbations not being plentiful enough for feasibility or for patients with view to running the trial. COPD Is a multi billion pound market. So big potential there.

Yes I believe that is correct Ghia. It’s a liquid which converts into a spray on taking treatment.

It was quite an odd trading day. Normally a lull in trading around that time for a couple of hours which certainly didn't happen. I can't see how the NIH register update made that much difference tbh. Could be the seller disappeared, hopefully never to return and hopefully placement shares have largely been flipped too (at least the ones intending to sell). Have to see if anything concrete comes tomorrow. Good way of putting the MM's code to the test as their was a '1' trade at 17:23. That would indicate an RNS tomorrow morning but I'm not sure i'm a believer in that. Just thought it an interesting sell :).

It wasn't new news as far as i was aware. But I'm assuming it would raise results profile upon SNG016 results from an American perspective. SNG not being listed on NASDAQ and all that.

So..... Could it be possible that SNG are registering on the NIH trial register in the US to enable them to be fast tracked for approval by the FDA upon successful trial results, like Remdisivir? Otherwise why bother registering there. Possibly a quicker way to market than in UK or Europe. Nice to hear peoples thoughts on that.? DYOR.

Could be nothing but I was chatting to a family member before the rise earlier that there were a fair few 10,000 buys today even though volume was low. Could be people just thinking they are too cheap at low 50’s. We’ll have to wait and see if there is any news.

Double D- that must be why this share is still trading 20p above the 40 million share placing price and despite Griffiths and Lansdowne (both distressed sellers) dumping large amounts of shares. If it doesn’t work then you know something no one else does :)

Nolupus- I don’t mind a negative comment as I said already but when it starts to be constant I think you have another agenda tbh. If you don’t like the share why don’t you go somewhere else and be negative. We all know test results are key yet you put on a failed result from another trial totally unrelated to what SNG have?. How is that a researched post or even accurate to this debate. Actually misleading for people coming to the share. Talking of two sides to the coin you only ever give the negative one. Think you may be getting filtered as I’m not going to learn anything from you other than how to be a miserable sod!:).

Ghia- I called him out a while ago as a passive deramper and I haven’t changed my mind. He tries to counter that by saying he’s a holder but I’m struggling to see that as he seems very negative, look back through his posts if you can be bothered. He isn’t really worth the time imho.

One can’t compare that either. Another ‘cautiously optimistic’ post I suppose. Getting boring now Nolupus.

Compared to Floyd you are an angel :). I very much welcome democracy and even negative opinions dont worry me as i think personally with SNG they are misplaced. But when you use the term 'cautious optimism' i find it laughable. I looked back through 20 or so of your recent posts, as everyone else is free to do, and I don't see cautious optimism in any of them??.

So it would appear that from mid April Lansdowne have sold 7.5million shares at current disclosed level of 11.69% holding. There must be a strong chance this has been reduced further, since last Wednesday, news should be forthcoming on that. Throw in the placement shares and this would explain the current position of SP. Looking forward to the sellers drying up :) GLA.

I think some (Nolupus included) confuse some posters who do research and are positive about the share as being the same as raving rampers. Just not correct. If you state something and you can support it with corroboration (lets face it none of us are scientific experts in this field) then I would like to hear it and iv'e learnt a lot from other posters who clearly have put some time and effort into looking into things for the benefit of themselves and others (by posting here). You do get the rampers of course, Floyd was awful. Nevertheless, on the whole it is enjoyable and I for one appreciate the efforts. Just annoying when a dad figure comes along exclaiming to be the voice of reason when in fact he is anything but, and normally offers very little to support their views.
