Totally agree Fatman. I’ve a lot more faith in Ed than I had in Mellon and Lorne.

If Leap ends up with a Mcap of £50m. Seed will increase NAV per share by around 6p to 16.7p
If Leap is as hoped £100m Mcap then the increase will be around 16p to around 27p NAV for Seed.

Long. Ed was also buying EML in £10k lots. Yet in his previous interview he said although he has had chances to buy FFWD in the past but he he wanted to wait until he had enough to buy a sizeable amount. Bit strange I would be buying what I could if I was expecting a huge increase in share price. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Surely he can’t do any worse than Mellon and Lorne.

I hope Ed achieves something close to his aspirations as do all LTHs but many are so easily excited. Today’s latest NAV is 10.7p. Over three years back it was 10.2p. (When Ed joined FFWD) Though he was already facing a challenge from the position the pathetic team had FFWD in.

Wadnob will be long gone before it’s time for rockets. 10% up and he will be selling again and back into IRR. Let’s hope Ed can at least manage to achieve something close to his aspirations - he has a lot to pull back after Mellon and Lorne made such a mess -
That’s what happens investing into your mates companies. NAV is now 10.7p Three years back March2018 it was 10.2p. Which isn’t bad considering the losses on the inherited investments, most notably the £5m written off in Factom. Most are here for Leap to make a hopefully decent return.

At close yesterday book value for everything gives a NAV of 1p lower= 10.7p. That’s for the unlisted at this results and the others at close yesterday. I’m still hoping for Leap to add a few p.

Don't worry Mat.. Those chaps who are far cleverer than us ( who scoffed when I sold 1k at 35 ), have said they knew this was going to happen...LOL....Yet they didn't sell at 40 and buy back nearly twice as many...they must not be that clever then

I can't see them issuing 100% or anything right now. They have £5m cash still to use, I think this is for way down the line. Any shares issued at less than 11.5p and the NAV is reduced

I think it’s being set up for the future along with new name etc. They must have around £5m left so can’t see any sudden urgency.

Now I understand how Ed is planning on making his £50M Mcap. I thought it would be impossible for him, just add more shares. Lol.

Talking of which, anyone heard anything? Got 50k of those, with the current Portage share price has to be worth around 35p a share or so.
