Thank you. GLA. The benefit of TEK is you have several opportunities here. Just one or two successes can multiply the value of the portfolio. In my latest private equity portfolio I’ve invested in a dozen companies over the last couple of years. Ten are still valued at my initial investment, but two have already generated enough to cover my entire portfolio. So even if the other 10 do very little or fail, I’m already covered. The same principle for TEK. PE early stage has a very high failure rate, but the rewards can be huge for the others.

Topcatz. With it being private equity. The valuation only really moves at a further raise or after an event. So for now it hasn’t moved for close to 2 years.

I may add that although I like Belluscura and Salarius I only have a small % of my private equity portfolio in Belluscura. I think it will eventually make decent returns, though don’t expect anything life changing. I bought back in again here around 4p range and sold at X3. Unless it gets back to closer that level I don’t see me buying back in again. Quite rightly TEK spreads your risk over several holdings, but I’m only interested in a couple of those.

I invested through private equity fund through my broker. They also following that did raise through Crowdcube which is a uk equity funding site. They are currently 15p a share.

Because they have been trying to sell it to pay off their £7m or so debts.

Exactly. I like the ideas they have here but it has no direction at all. It really is like one big club for the boys. The number of people they have added, yet with a minuscule revenue stream.

You know I’ve watched this over the years, often buying and selling, last bought in at less than 4p and sold at nearly triple in a matter of days . This share drifts so widely. You will see as time goes on that new people will be added as though it’s a club for the boys. It still needs something to actually make it money. I like Belluscura so I bought in directly and I also like Salarius. Lucyd I imagine will end up in the pan. Those two I believe could make multiples of this share price, but at the same time I wouldn’t be surprised to see this back at 4p. The hard choice is .. so I sell and maybe but in cheaper. Or hold until it recovers. Trying to second guess the market is a gamble. TBH though unless I see any decent news I can’t see this going anywhere but down. GLA

I work in trials and you wouldn’t believe how long things taken. This trial though wasn’t your typical trial. The results should be out by now.

I hold shares directly in Belluscura and get regular updates, but no news as of yet.

When you mention the revenues from TEK's last report $5m. That wasn't revenue in the regular sense, that was based on TEK increasing "their" valuation of their holdings by over $5m- if they didn't do that they would have shown a loss for the year. I have direct investments in Belluscura through a private equity raise and also like the Salarius holding here, but have watched this slide over the years now, its like a club for the boys- they keep adding advisors every few months. Saying that at this price it may be worth a punt

It’s all in my posts way back. They do the accounts rather clever to make it look better. TEK. Increased their valuation in one of their holdings last year by £5m. Which they put through as revenue for the year etc. They actually had a loss but it showed on paper as a massive gain. It’s all in the accounts if you look back

Weather. I’ve held this on and off over the years and tipped it at just under 4p just a couple of months back and sold at a multiple. Still look in now and again. The price multiple doesn’t apply to this at all. If you look at the accounts and valuations you will see

Lol. This whole chat site is full of them Eileen. People trying to mislead others. The ones telling everyone how it will multibag. As they themselves are busy selling. Most don’t even realise the situation Motif is in. They have run out of ideas as to why there isn’t anyone accumulating shares in Motif.

Still seems quite expensive if it’s just a RTO people are looking for. Those who got in when the MCAP was £250k have multi bagged. Don’t see why it would be worth many multiples of where it is now.

Share dealer. There had been numerous large >3% trades here over the last few weeks. Yet no TR1. I really don’t see that anyone is building a stake here. They did say they were in talks with several parties. Surely if you were one of the several- they wouldn’t all be building stakes on the hope of being the winner. The route I could possibly see here is a one I’ve seen before - where they enlarge the company shares - giving the suitor a huge chunk. Truth. New directors were expected months back as in RNS regarding wind down of company

There isn’t anyone yet holding more than 3%. Just 2 months back this had a MCAP of £250k. An ideal price for a
RTO. Yet no interest. As the price drops back down towards a shell price you may see more interest.

7.5m buy order. How do they know that ??

There just isn’t enough antibiotic trials. Not enough money in it for the big pharma companies. 20p for a weeks supply of amoxicillin . Or £15,000 for one single dose vial for blood disorders in the U.K. or drugs just too expensive for the U.K. available in the US. for unbelievable costs of over £1m a go. Even with large incentives the pharma companies just don’t want to put money into them. Worldwide around 2,000 clinical trials are started. Less than 10 of them for antibiotics.

Strange. Not sure how there hasn’t been a TR1. Time will tell.
