I would probably trust Ed more than Mellon and Lorne. Yet all the BOD’s in companies like this give it the talk. He could say anything he likes in the context he mentions Seed. If it was so promising I would have expected him to buy shares in it. He’s openly said he’s had chances to.

I never really followed it, made a bit on BLU then moved on. Bought TEK for less than 5p and sold around 15p thinking it’s not worth anymore than that, only for it to go 20p plus. I’ve got a couple with large discounts that I’m hoping to cash in on once the gap closes. At this price I still like Seed, very little downside with the possibility of a decent boost with Leap. Don’t see it as a multi bagger but hoping for 50% plus when Leap is sorted. That’s the only thing that will move this share price right now. I’m happy to buy at this price on the hope of a return for Leap, but wouldn’t pay more than 10p until the value of Leap is known, that’s what is keeping this back. Who would pay anymore than say 10p without further figures on Leap ????

Not sure about sensible, but definitely give a balanced view. Unlike many well known rampers and liars. I’m only waiting on for Leap. It’s last chance of a decent boost before it becomes a cannabis fund. As long as they don’t sell it to mates like they did with Moon. Sold that to their mates for £500k then they sold it for £50m 18 months later.

What’s happening. Inveniam seem to be talking about it quite a bit. No RNS from Seed. Yooma’s listing on Aquis was as everyone was expecting. From one bull sh.it market to another. Everyone still holding out for Leap. Please don’t screw that up as well.

That exchange is a waste of time. Its now down 28% on £350 trade. It was up near 60% on a couple of grand yesterday

Fairly close to my NAV. I’ve worked it to be around 10.7 I estimate just under £2m cash. That’s shares at close and listed at latest results. Either way it’s down to Leap to make a decent chunk for the holders.

March 2018 Total value of FFWD Portfolio including cash £13.5m - NAV per share= 10.2p
March 2021 Total value of FFWD Portfolio including cash £25m - NAV per share =11.7p
Over the last 3 years that has given share holders an increase in NAV per share of around 15% even though the total value of FFWD's holdings as increased by nearly 90%.

Longlad. Like you rightly stated . At the last annual report £5m had just been taken off the NAV of FFWD due to the scam with Factom. Then in the following 12months over £4m was raised which was added to the total NAV (though diluting the NAV per share). Making an instant £4m increase on the books.

Anytime a raise Is done at a price less than the NAV of the share it reduces the NAV of each share.
