I’ve made good profits in the past from these shady shares. This is worth around 1p. But even before the BOD used up all the cash and it was originally worth 8pa share it was trading over £1. Crazy. I’m surprised they are still around with their past. Hope it works out

God knows. They have done it several times before with this. This has been suspended a couple of times previously. Started as a shell with £4m cash. Did nothing but pay themselves wages and now have less than £1m or around 1p a share. It’s has multi bagged a few times while they cash in. Check the history. 2 of the BOD have been forced to delist their companies after their valued dropped 99%. This has been pumped and dumped so many times. Many speeding tickets and BOD with shady past. Its worth zilch

Berwick. I’ve just checked it is normally 2 - 3 weeks before listing that they publish it as a future listing. They say the prospectus and all paperwork is issued 8 weeks prior to this.

You see most companies give the exchange around 3 weeks notice.

I see Ed’s mates trade from yesterday has gone through. He said he would buy them back when Ed buys his.

The last I checked it was around 11p just lower than the last posted NAV. Due mainly to the huge drop in Portage and the drop in Yooma. Leap could provide a large increase in NAV but until more is known who is going to pay much more than the current share price ???
