Sepura entered into a confidentiality agreement with Hytera on 19 October according to yesterday's offer RNS. I haven't seen the Agreement but did talks start between these two parties back then? Then only announced on 4 Nov after the leak? This whole offer does not add up to me. At the end of the day, I think most of us pi's care more about cash in our back pocket, not the company's future under Hytera or whoever..most of us would take the 25p or 35p and run for the hills, but 20p is taking the p*iss

Placing yesterday for the major shareholders. Interesting to note that less than 18% is in the hands of PI's. Why are the majority shareholders not buying out the PI's and delisting the company or selling to the Chinese partner in Syria so that production can resume? The lights cannot be shut indefinitely in Syria....

Extended to June 2017. What is the likelihood of Sinopec making an offer to purchase our 50% stake in Block 26 before the expiry of the EU sanctions? Also, there is nothing stopping our largest shareholders making an offer to the rest of us to take our shares so that production at Block 26 can proceed. We are bleeding cash day by day and surely it would be in Sinopec's interest as well as ours for production to resume at Block 26 sooner rather than later? Free float is very small here, happy to hold just over 150K shares and will look at accumulating more if possible.

Dear all, I have been researching this company lately and have decided to buy a reasonable holding today. I note that the top 2 shareholders each have a stake over 30% in the company, why have they not made a mandatory offer for the company? Thanks
