The NEX proposal is good as we will still have the ability to trade the shares rather than get locked in a 6 month suspension period and then face the risk of de-listing and cancellation on AIM IF no RTO concludes by December 2018.

Special, Trans Globe is seeking a straight admission, not a RTO. I would urge people to read the RNS of 1 June, the chairman has said that they believe a quality acquisition will be made by the end of the year. I think most traders are now out and the big holders are all locked and loaded. They should suspend trading on Monday morning and then go about the RTO. They have until the end of 2018 to implement the RTO which is in line with the chairman�s statement. My money is still on emoov.

VCB2, You are welcome. Your research has been spot on so far and this has already bagged from the lows of 0.3p. What you have said looks very sensible and feasible. I wonder why Ebioss have not been asked to put in a compulsory bid as they own 50% of the shares? Good to see some peace and quiet here after the ramping yesterday from Jarv55, Degsy etc who have jumped on to their next victims.

I have been reading VCB2's posts with great interest. Any new investor/potential investor should read VCB2's posts as they show some good research and opinion on EQT. I gather that the majority shareholder EBIOSS was recently paying up to 5p per share on the open market and they hold about 50% of the shareholding. Why have they not been asked to make a compulsory bid in that case as I believe under the takeover code, anybody holding 30% or more must make a formal bid for the rest of the shares?

The price action over the last 2 days indicates that the placing shares are forward sold...it doesn�t make sense to raise funds now at 2.5p....this stinks to me having bought in at 3p recently. Is the major packing up and walking away? Having been stung in GGP previously, I am getting a sense of de ja vu that the same may unfold here. dYOR

naz11, Read the RNS of 3rd April. Total Voting Rights are 7,860,915,400 shares. I have bought in this morning...in Nigel Burton I trust.

Ramnik, The reason it is quiet is because people have taken their positions waiting for the main news to unfold. I expect we will hear imminently on the Kitumba transaction as the deadline on the seller (Interprid) to pay property transfer tax is 18th May, otherwise the approval of the Mining Ministry is revoked unless there is an extension granted to the deadline. The strategic review has been given 6 months to complete. Those selling and buying now are small time punters chasing their next trade as the big holders are all locked and loaded.

JP2000 Good Q: Why did the BFS not pick up the problem? Or was there never a problem? And why 2020? Why not 2019 or 2022?

MTSparky, Just looked through your posts, I am in complete agreement with your view...why did they suddenly press the self destruct button? 2020 came out of the blue... For balance and before I am called a ramper, this could all go tits up and we holders get 0. At 2m market cap, downside is not much, upside is huge.

Namibia is the driest country in sub Saharan Africa...who would have thought that too much water in the driest country in Sub Saharan Africa would shorten the life of such an important copper mine in that country? I see now that we are in for a period of 6 months dry weather in Namibia (April to October). Could WTI have released a pessimistic update just to **** Orion off because it did not support the Kitumba acquisition? Could WTI be talking to another party eager to push Orion out on the "cheap"? Lots of things not adding up...I would not rule out seeing a buyer appear suddenly with a "spare" 150m bucks supporting Kitumba picking up WTI on the "cheap". We could see the fastest 10 bagger here if what I think could happen happens. Positive thinking is great for the mind :-)
