The market has not quite woken up to the significance of todays news. Barclays extending their financial facilities is much better in this case than the company paying Barclays off. It has more of a war chest now to see through its new business plan which has been endorsed by Barclays. This cannot be under 10m market cap for long. We will soon have an update in the next week or so and full year results thereafter in April with the added potential of M&A activity if approached by a major telco. It looks like MVNOs are back in favour as seen by the Vodafone acquisition of a Greek MVNO recently . This could see a FRR type rise IMO. 0.10p placing same as here to 0.80p.

Chaser, The next update with the new business plan is I think next week. let the SP build up to further news and hoping that the volume clears any churn left from the placing. The traders are also ambitious it seems as many are holding for 0.2p...hopefully all that is cleared and the SP gets to a more realistic 0.5p which is only about 15m pounds market cap. Full year update is due in April.

What is annoying about iii is that I cannot set a sell limit of 1p, it only allows a sell limit 50% higher than the current SP....Jokers

With iii- Just tried to do a dummy sell and it looks like my shares were "borrowed" as I could not get a live quote due to insufficient shares. I hold over 24m of these and fully expect the SP to be in multiples from here. Slow and steady.

The trolls who were calling this company to go bust have been given their answer! 1p is perfectly achievable here by year end, a market cap of only 30m pounds for a MVNO operating in the UK and US, both tier 1 jurisdictions...Unless we get bought out cheaper.

Are we going to see Spreadex offloading their remaining 7% to Sigma as they did before?

Anybody else suspicious as to why th SP is being kept in this range ? Sigma sells 10m to keep a lid on the SP...why? sigma is the enigma and if only we knew who Sigma is holding for. He is referring to money, so it is 2.85m.

By my calculation, there are about 25m warrants left which are yet to be exercised at 6.6p. Will this put a brake on the SP until the warrants clear? Clearly they are in the money if they exercise all over 6.6p

Okay, did some digging around and found this in the financials of September 2017: "On June 15, 2016, in conjunction with the admission to AIM, the Company issued 30,303,030 units at 3.3 pence per unit pursuant to the offering. Each Unit consisted of one common share and one common share purchase warrant of Mkango. .. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at a price of 6.6 pence until June 15, 2019." 30m warrants outstanding less what have been exercised until today since June 2016.
