If GGP booms, so will SVE. Simple....yet we also have other assets to derisk if GGP does not get a deal done with NM or if EG results are not that great. SVE SP roughly twice that of GGP for a few months now, give or take. If GGP hits 10p, SVE should hot 20p...IMHO. The higher GGP go, the higher we go.

with 2,717,777 shares....these have been on my watchlist since they were pumped to 10p.

Volume seems to have dried up, may not see 20p today after all....perhaps when the flow tests are known.

In addition to GGP, Baxter has stated that he wishes to buy a project level asset and rumour is that it could be cobalt. The resolution was passed at the AGM earlier this month...we have a low MC almost at par with our GGP holding without factoring in the other assets. Hence if GGP does not work out worst case scenario we will not fall as much as GGP so yes I consider buying in here a hedge as opposed to investing directly in GGP.

IMHO

Aviz, I am holding just under 1m SVE shares...Hopefully the 85m GGP shares that SVE holds will be worth many times our current market cap soon....

Starvest released an RNS today saying they are still holding 85m GGP shares. Previously the number given was 85,333,333. Todays RNS is here...and also under GGP RNS but missing from the RNS here http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/SVE/13449092.html I doubt they sold the 333,333 shares, or did they?

Is anyone attending the AGM this Friday? I cannot unfortunately although hold a substantial holding here. They wish to pass a resolution to make a direct project level investment -Cobalt?? GGP news also imminent. Exciting share to be in and trading at a circa 30% discount to NAV currently.

What is causing the spike? Cannot see any news here?

Good to see our SP increasing in line with GGP's. We hold 85m shares in GGP along with 400K cash which alone make up our market cap. I would expect us to re-rate substantially if GGP does a deal with NM or another party.

mbingo, Thanks for the response. 85m GGP shares is a very sizeable holding and our CEO seems to be the main driving force behind EG and GGP. He has a sizeable holding in GGP as well. The direct investment in an asset has to be ratified by shareholders at the upcoming AGM so it would fit in nicely with any monitization of our GGP holding so that we have a good war chest to make asset acquisitions as our current 400,000 pounds cash holding is not that substantial to make a decent acquisition.

�2.12m market cap today. Cash held over �400,000 as per results announced today so our non cash assets are priced at �1.7m of which we hold 85,333,333 GGP shares which are more or less worth the �1.7m at today�s GGP SP. ..all other assets are thrown in for free.
