Also an excellent result: raised 7.64 million US$ today, by a private placement (31.5p), with their own directors buying more than 6 percent! Enough funding for beyond the first cash flow from Mnazi Bay! Solo and Eax are outsmarted on all fronts....

Very smart that TPDC is a partner in Mnazi Bay, with WRL/Maurel. It must have been a big help for getting the GSA signed!

Excellent post Phoebus! I think your decline rate is perhaps a bit steep for the first few years, but that remains to be seen of course. Is a 10% discount rate not a bit high in the current market? Also I think that 30 MMscf/d for KN could be a bit too bit high, but that doesn't change the outcome. Pity only that WRL/Maurel accepted such a low price...
