Cars, I believe the comment was made by Phil in the QA during the Scope update on 11th December. The Modi1 data had originally been slated for Q3 2025 and Phil was explaining why the date had been pushed out. Since then the timeline for the Modi data has been slated as H1 2026 (as per the Jan presentation) and nothing said since has contradicted this.

Big tobacco are becoming increasingly involved in the development of treatment for cancer related diseases through acquisitions, biotech funding and biotech partnerships. Our CMO is either attending because big tobacco have expressed an interest in what Scancell are doing in smoking related cancers, or Scancell see big tobacco as a potential funding avenue for SC134 and SC27.

You have to applaud big tobacco for their sheer nerve in looking to profit from the diseases they cause.

....and the clearing of the IND may well be trigger for the partnership to be formally initiated. Interesting 1Q ahead.

It is very encouraging that the IND submission is being progressed rapidly following the pre-IND meeting with the FDA. This indicates that the FDA are satisfied with all aspects of the proposal and should (fingers crossed) allow the IND to be cleared after the 30 day response period. All being well we may hear that the IND has been cleared by the end of January - this will be a major milestone for Scancell.

Phil has been consistent since day 1 with the language ref parter vs going alone. We will only get the best deal if any potential partner knows that we are willing and able to walk away if what they are offering is not good enough.

Given that next week's poster isn't being presented by a Scancell big hitter I'm thinking that there will not be any SCIB1 update next week. So I am expecting the Modi 1 update next week followed by a comprehensive SCIB1 update the following week (covering Cohorts 1-3 ORR and PFS, Cohort 4 early ORR, and status of regulatory discussions).

I had a reply from Phil this afternoon stating that as there was no new information in the presentation they would not be posting it on the website. I replied to say that in most previous years there was no new information but the presentations were still uploaded, and I asked him to reconsider to be fair to those shareholders who couldn't attend.

Seems like a very straightforward thing for them to resolve unless there is an ulterior motive.
