My point being a resource update won’t necessarily be the magic pill for a share price rerate. I place it further down the pecking order of importance. Hopefully once the FS and DTM are done and dusted the ASX listing can occur. Allows more money to chase shares.

What if the updated resource is released and the share price rises only a small bit?

My thoughts are that a factor for big money moving back to the gold sector is the gold price back up or above the all time highs.

We’ve seen positive news release many times and the share price doesn’t budge. So there just isn’t money chasing GGP at the moment. Confirmation that Havieron will be mined next year and subsequently GGP will become a gold producer for me feels more important to the market, than updating the resource size alone.

The bankable feasibility study and decision to mine are two key milestones than I place as top of the list before a resource update.

Gervaise being in charge was not the reason the share price ran in 2020. Judas hit the lottery with his 100Plus million shares and sold the minute he could. The hype around GGP was the reason the share price ran, like many 2020 stocks.

we all wish 38p was todays share price. it’s not, get over it. most aim stocks that flew in 2020 are down. heavily. look at boohoo and asos who have revenue. we have no revenue. look at other junior explorers. look at the gold majors who have income and dividends and still down.

most of us are tired of the ggp bashing. it’s so boring. none of you could do a better job at running the company. arm chair experts of course you all are.

‘December 2023 quarter’ spans 92 days so this update you refer to can be released at the end of that period. Keep that in mind.

Share price is 6p so it needs to double from here for the options to come into the money. Then you’d think staff need SP to rise substantially again from there to make themselves good money. So for me that’s 2 bagger from here for them to be making money (18p). That is alignment. We can’t live in the last about where the share price was. Only way it gets back to the good days is through hard yakka (ie. Work) from all staff finding ways for GGP to become a multi billion cap company.

This is where Havieron and other feed sources come into Telfers future plan. Callum mentioned to Liam that potentially Winu ore could be trucked to Telfer for processing. No doubt they are trying to find all feasible avenues to extend Telfer well into the future.

Mark I googled “telfer life of province plan” and interesting hits come up.

Shaun mentioned the new out of the money options to staff were there to help retain staff from moving elsewhere.

Toffers.... RIO again. Any excuse to throw it in. How do you deduce some tenuous link between GGP and RIO just because they are in the Pilbara? There are dozens and dozens of companies with mining permits in Western Australia, should they all do as you have?

Newcrest already sorts out the logistics for getting their product to Port Hedland. This is nothing for GGP to be concerned about. We have a tolling agreement that is all we need worry about.

Legal ownership....... they will become the sole shareholder of the Newcrest group of companies. The existing corporate structure remain in place in the meantime.

Toffers it does not matter. The jobs are secure. The mine will continue. No matter who owns it. I think Newcrest know what they are doing, don't you?

Toffers, Newmont will buy all of the shares of the Newcrest group of companies. The existing Newcrest companies will remain in place and continue trading. Newmont will decide from an organisational structure view if they need to rationalise any entities etc etc. Don't get your knickers in a knot. Business continues despite who owns the keys.

So being a good chess player, Shaun is waiting for Newmont to make the first move. Being a good poker player, he is not going to show is hand. In other words, the interview with Liam will clarify market known information only, Shaun will not divulge market sensitive information in breach of the AIM listing rules.

Toffers, in London during the interview Donald noted Shaun would be a great chess player. Think about that statement for a moment. You would make a bad chess player, and also a bad poker player HAHA.
