Sisu, last week you wrote 12p a share will be offered…. so that’s not a huge profit return for Wyloo, that’s a loss for Tribeca who bought at the 14p fund raise, same for Shaun who bought at 14p fund raise. So just several reasons I can’t see a bid of 12p even being entertained by GGP. Also I would have thought that well over 75% of shareholders would outright reject it.

Sisu what eye watering figure will they offer? Remember they can “want it all” but we are under no obligation to sell it !

An updated resource will be beneficial for GGPs share price so the share market has more current data to value GGP.

What I have noticed is that the broker notes have slowed down. I’m sure they used to come out regularly, almost every 6 weeks or so when a new drilling update was released. Curious to know what the various brokers are now calculating.

I have listened to Shaun's latest interview multiple times to ensure I did not miss any key information. A main take away for me is the trust and support from Wyloo. Wyloo is cash rich and have been increasing their scale and global investments each year. This is great in my opinion. Shaun indicates that GGP has a great relationship with Wyloo.

So far Wyloo's initial strategic equity subscription was A$60m. In addition they have A$60m in warrants at 10.0pence. Plus the new unsecured standby debt facility of A$50m recently announced. Making a total of A$170million dollars that Wyloo is willing to invest into GGP. For me that is a massive endorsement of GGPs future.

Exactly. To build another Telfer in today’s world versus 40 years ago is chalk and cheese ref: costs, regulations, etc etc. Best to retain IMO.

Last week I shared some calculations on potential net income from Havieron based on 400,000 ounces gold equivalent (includes copper) per year. 70% of that for Newmont is still incredible annual profits. Something like approx AUD$420million (£210million) a year before company taxes. That is some serious profits to walk away from. Obviously Newmont would separately assess Telfer itself and what that generates in revenue versus costs. The plant can be a central processing hub for the Paterson if other mines would send their ore for processing.

It’s all what if so over the coming 6 months I assume all of this will be answered.

The DFS will advise the payback period for the CAPEX, hopefully it is under 2 years. Then the real money begins.

IMO 20p would have to be a minimum offer for shareholders to entertain it. Then it will also set the baseline for a share price valuation. Shareholders reject any offer and the share price steadily climbs up.

I do agree Sisu is giving mixed messages now. However a bid of 20p a share will get shareholders listening more so than 12p. If the bid was voted "no" the share price should reflect this new valuation.

I personally find that hard to believe. But lets see what happens.

What if Newmont keep, what if Newmont sell. Shaun has thought about all of these as noted by the Town Hall and Q&A. The ball is with Newmont to begin with, they need to review their new portfolio and decide what to do with Telfer/Hav.

De Grey's SP has taken a whack lately. Lots of capital raisings needed for their 100% gold mines.

If GGP can remain a minor owner of Havieron and earn their 30% less tolling charges, GGP will be like a streaming company, nice easy money being made. And we won't need to dilute like De Grey has to.

I like these guys as they love mining. Next year Newmont release a DFS for Havieron so what can we learn from De Grey.
