Yes Fred. Not only how much gold done there, but how will they extract the ore, how profitable will the operation be for GGP, etc etc etc. The feasibility study should cover this and is more important for me.

Us existing shareholders only win (ie. make money) when new shareholders come in to buy our shares from us at a higher price than we paid. We need a profitable company, listed on the ASX, with large institutions demanding our shares on their register including GDX. Sadly we have to wait and hopefully 2024 is the year that delivers all of this!

Agree, need to move on now from explorer to producer. Need GDX to take a large stake of shares. Need the ASX cross listing. In other words, become a grown up company with revenue and dividends, which will bring in a large swathe of new investors. No doubt this is what Shaun and team want to achieve. The share price will only rise when demand for shares warrants such. Explorers are a dime a dozen and most just burn cash and dilute shareholders to oblivion. GGP needs to move on now after being around for almost 20 years.

Disagree that Callum’s win win was not directed at shareholders. I’ve listened to his interview half a dozen times and as a massive shareholder himself he is referring to a win win for shareholders

Shaun’s intention is to create a multi billion company with GGP, with Havieron as their launch / foundation mine. Following the Northern Star script he will be looking to turn GGP into a multi mine company all producing income. The new employers support this view as they don’t need such a team for a mere explorer. The team is here for GGP as a producer.

Mystic there currently no more drilling at Havieron that I am aware of. I’m sure they’ve stopped resource drilling until the decline is complete. Then they can drill deeper into Havieron to find its lower edges.

We will get updates at some point but may not be as frequent as they once were.

Yeah hindsight is wonderful. We've all been burnt before. All here are hopeful of GGP coming good and riding the wave once again. It is a game of patience.

Your opinion is at odds with anything that has been released by the companies involved. Not one has said mothballing, not one. Telfer continues to recruit in contrast to your view.

Loft you view things in an odd way. If Newmont are sitting on an "asset" - Telfer + Havieron - why would they consider mothballing it? That commences a massive "liability". The smart move is to sell the "asset" if they no longer want to be owners.

Can someone share the script of mothballing Havieron please? Otherwise someone is back spreading FUD all over again.

Loft, how much hard cash has been spent on keeping Telfer operating the last 3 years? And how much invested to-date in developing Havieron?

Answer, well over $500million AUD. You really think that is a sign of mothballing?

Hold on to your shares ladies and gentlemen. Nobody knows what happens next however all roads should be positive for GGP, and this frustrating 6p share price will at some point be a thing of the past.

So around 220,000 metres drilled for the last resource update. If 80,000 metres left to include that’s about 36% more drilling to include for the update GGP is current working on.

If my figures are approximately correct then I cannot see a doubling of the resource in the next update. However I’d love to be wrong as I’d like everyone else would want the resource to double officially. Anyways, best to not over ramp as we’ve all be had before by that.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don’t believe the resource will double when the drilling for the last resource was about treble the 80,000 metres. Need to check the total metres drilled to obtain the last resource, but I’m sure it’s multiples of 80,000metres

Guys argue all ya like. At some point a resource update will be announced. But if you think it’s the panacea to an unhappy share price then be prepared for disappointment. No guarantees.

I just can’t wait for the unknowns to be cleared so we can move on. Unknowns…. Resource, what will Newmont do, FS and DTM being announced. The market needs clarity and comfort. Plus a gold price hitting new highs in USD would help tremendously. It’s hitting highs in all currencies apart from USD but it’s not persuading the money to re-enter the sector unfortunately.
