Good dilution versus bad dilution.

Many of the large mining companies raised monies from shareholders during their life. If raising funds is for acquiring a business = good dilution, as an asset is being acquired. The value of your holdings are likely to remain the same.

Example - De Grey mining raised funds at AUD$1.05 the other week and they are already at AUD$1.20. Their raising was for their Hemi Gold Project in the Pilbara region of WA. https://www.asx.com.au/markets/trade-our-cash-market/announcements.deg

Bad dilution = raising monies just to keep the company running and pay for operating costs.

Newmont shareholders voted. Next is Newcrest shareholders.

Plenty of time before Christmas so interesting times ahead before then. Hopefully drilling results are back soon on other sites, plus EG gets a few holes drilled.

Nice find on LinkedIn. It’s BAU on the ground despite what’s happening within the Corporate Office. This will become a mine next year. 4 years of hard work and lots of cash spent to get there. Only way is up from here. Does feel like we have finally hit the bottom for the share price. Wave 2 of Lassonde Curve in our mining life is ready for lift off.

Just my opinion but I cannot see Telfer being shut down as per Toffers post. It would cost an absolute fortune to recreate all of the Telfer infrastructure somewhere else. Plus a boat load more cash to remediate the current Telfer site and put it back to the original condition.

To build another Telfer....The government permitting. Approvals from WA gov dept's plus the Aboriginal people. The cost. The time. Using Telfer is feasible and reduces the AISC for Havieron. Transporting ore for processing at Telfer is much cheaper.

Toffers, how can you write this as if it is a known fact? This is your opinion, correct?

For 10pence, I would guess 100% of posters here would simply vote "no" if the Board put an offer to us for a vote.

An offer of 20pence or above would be a minimum starting point IMO. Because both Wyloo and management can make good money from this point.

As I said this morning, Shaun has stated over and over his intent to build a Northern Star 2.0 and has recruited a team that can deliver that goal.

My opinion, Shaun didn't recruit this team over the past 2 years to sell GGP or Havieron.
