I certainly can read that. That’s the “we hope we’ll find something good in the future” bit. What I’m asking is whether they’ve found something good already

Any geologists know whether this is good?

It seems to me that if they have drilled to c 500m three times then the 1200 veins figure implies an average of less than one vein per metre. Each vein between 0.1 and 2.5cm thick, so let’s assume 1cm average. The veins are not pure chalcopyrite but merely contain chalcopyrite.

Would be good to know whether this is actually a good picture or whether what we’re really being asked to count on is this idea that there may be something better below?

Monkey, the difference between “investors with a rounded view” and “de-rampers” is one of motivation. The two might post some of the same points, but it’s actually very easy to tell the difference, certainly in your case. You have spent the past few weeks posting many times per day, 100% negative, for the (partially admitted) purpose of nudging the price down. You have undoubtedly been de-ramping, not “balanced posting”. Don’t try to pass it off as something else

Are we expecting much more Riverfort handbrake during the coming days/weeks? If so, could create a pretty unique opportunity to add further at lower risk before the handbrake comes off

I certainly am going to drink too much! Have been totally unable to resist buying these shares over the past few weeks and have bought more than I really should have done. Have not been worried at any point but can’t deny this finance completion is nice to see!

Hi JP, agree with most of that but around the time of the first drill hole Ben said they were envisaging releasing assays altogether at the end of the drilling. I don’t know whether they can/will stick to that, but if they do we might get the assays plus a load of analysis and planning all at once in say January?

Yes, although if the next drill hits massive sulphides we might hit 25p by Christmas…

I agree progress of any sort is better than no progress. But I find it disheartening to be outmanoeuvred, particularly in a way that minority shareholder PIs were able to see coming

It just means giving away part of the equity in the project. In terms of how bad it is, I suppose that depends on the terms. But if Scott and James were happy with the terms we wouldn’t trying to move the grid connection in order to avoid agreeing them!

I see that on the Burwell presentation slide it now says we are seeking either a lease of the land OR a partnership with the landowner. Like I have been saying for ages, Pigeon run a flexible power business and are obviously going to be angling for a piece of the real action. We’re going to end up giving a big chunk of this project away. I’m p*ssed off about this because I feel like the board have had their pants pulled down and I don’t understand why I could see it coming but they seemingly couldn’t

Yes, I think they said they though hole 14 had cut the margin of the SE anomaly. So it may well show something, but with the potential for much better to come

I suspect they have realised:

(a) that it makes sense to drill Ditau next after KSZ
(b) that it makes sense to use Equity Drilling / Mindea for KCB
(c) that they can’t get (or can’t economically get) a second rig with Equity / Mindea

And therefore realistically they’re not drilling KCB until early 2022.

However, there is an opportunity to make use of the relationship with Spectral to get more pre-drill data on KCB, thereby maximising chances of success.

Hmm, yes, and I’m also starting to think we flew up a bit too quickly and there’s a risk of this price action turning into a spike rather than a re-rate. Shouldn’t be the case of course but I guess there will always be some traders and some who just can’t bear to see their holding turn red again. We’ll see. I will certainly pick up more if it goes lower

I think we’ll get an RNS when they complete the hole. See BT’s Twitter post today referring to an RNS in the near future. RNS on completion makes sense to me

Lots of great news hidden behind the understated title of this RNS:

- loan secured, obviously
- all projects expected to be profitable by year end
- whole company cash flow positive early next year
- HMS licence expected soon
- tantalum production to ramp up to around $12m revenue per annum
- new CEO all but ruling out any placing unless at a premium

Should be good for a major re-rate in the next couple of months!

We’ve had some pretty rough times in this share in the past 6 months. One person on this board, more than any other, has stayed positive throughout - always posting reasons to be optimistic, and keeping the board going when it has been quiet. We’re now having a nice run up (just the beginning, I’m sure) and the whole board is a busy, happy place. Easy place to be now. But Max was here slogging away when it was hard. I just thought I’d say thanks. Max111 - legend!

They have explained what the delay is about - they’re negotiating an inter-creditor agreement. So no, I don’t think it’s just about lawyers checking details, mainly because the company has said it’s not. But it’s also not a commercial issue between Rambler and Newgen. And it should be resolved, just takes a bit of time
