Right, there is now definitely something going on here - an attempt to push the share price lower. We’ve had a lot of that lately, and now we have single post accounts appearing to add to the negativity. To the real investors, the downtalkers want your money. They are short or hoping to buy lower. Simple

Username, totally agree - there are people on here who, if we got an RNS saying we’d sold one of our projects for £100m payable in 30 days, would be like “FFS, MORE JAM TOMORROW!”

Looks like a promising acquisition. For me, though, the biggest positive is the comments on the existing three projects, combined with the expectation that they will fund $2.5m+ FCF over the next 2-3 years

No idea what the de-ramp squad are on about here, the presentation looks good and confirms an extraordinary set of assets and opportunities for a paltry Mcap. Recent share price downturn is treated as essentially a gloating opportunity for one or two individuals, but the reality is the value has improved and the residual downside risk decreased

I really do think this company is an amazing investment. We have wonderful and well diversified projects, most of them heavily de-risked by existing known resources. We have the prospect of substantial and sustainable profit in the near future. We have a PGM resource which if somebody discovered it now could on its own support an MCAP well above ours (the only difference is we acquired it so we don’t get the buzz and excitement of a new discovery). We’re well funded. We’ve got a smart CEO with a great eye for a deal and a good geo’s brain. Perhaps most importantly, in Lloyd we have one of the best people in the world for converting those ridges of rosy red rock into cold hard cash. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he’s doing it. Our time is coming!

Good that they’ve been cracking on. I don’t mind the drilling updates being a little less frequent on this campaign. Very unusual for exploration companies to report at the start and end of each hole. There were particular reasons to do so at the KSZ but I think that may have resulted in us becoming accustomed to something that is actually not normal.

Today’s update looks encouraging. They’re clearly excited about the second hole at i10 and about the next one at i8.

I’ll be honest I haven’t looked into this, but we know Align took out a long spread bet on KZG a few weeks ago, won’t the Spreadex holding just relate to that? Spreadex is just a platform, they’re not going to be doing their own trading I don’t think

Remember this is only one of the PNG projects. Mambare is more advanced and more than enough to be getting on with in terms of production, while we also advance Wowo Gap

Good to see careful and realistic work being done towards actually producing

Gosh this row is tedious. Lyndon, I think you may have gotten the wrong end of the stick with Smiller and CJM. Smiller at least has been here quite a while and definitely a genuine long holder (and I think that’s the case for CJM too).

As for blending being an option, I don’t see why not, and it would save shipping costs. I don’t see the disparity between our production levels and those of the big boys as an issue: it means we can only help with some of their ore, not all of it, but so what. I agree it prob only works with our highest grade ore

Who was it who said a few months back that this SP often has an unexplained drop just before good news (whoever it was was right that time!)

Likewise, understand certain frustrations. However:

- The Altona RNS on 28 April referred to a 3-month due diligence period, which we are less than half way through. For those wondering what is going on with FGS at the moment, surely the answer is that the company is progressing due diligence with Altona and continuing to discuss Avonmouth with the landlord
- I think everyone would agree that progress and developments on the PNG projects have been positive. We await the Mambare mining permit but that’s not our board’s fault
- We have just had some encouraging news on Dempster

The target begins at 1000m, not 2000. Sure, depth is an issue (hopefully readily surmountable if we have an Olympic Dam) but describing that issue by reference to the bottom of the target is just bizarre

Desperate stuff. Note the lack of any real reasoning. Just assertion, designed to spook people

Things that are clearly true:

1. Shares like this can go up dramatically.
2. Shares like this can go down dramatically.
3. The above is by no means unique to Corcel but is true of all microcap resources companies.
4. The above is also the whole reason for investing in such companies. If you want something offering capital security and a small return, invest elsewhere.
5. For those who are into such companies, the game is the same: (I) try to find companies where the upside risk is greater than the down, (II) try to manage good timing of buys and sells, both relative to macro developments and relative to company developments.

My opinion is:

A. The macro backdrop is excellent.
B. Company progress has been good and prospects are excellent.
C. From a 1.3p share price, there is a MUCH greater chance of 2.6p than 0p. There is also a great chance of 1.8p than 0.8p.
D. The 2.6p scenario doesn’t have to stop there. We get the added bonus of a real chance of a multi bag

So it’s a buy for me.
