Gold looks to be bouncing.

So currently one pocket at Creswick that Adam Jones has mentioned is worth more than the entire company (by £5m). Nuts.

Are PI's of the opinion that CB should crack on with one of the JV's on the table, or are people happy to wait for a top 10 company as CB alluded to.. ?

I agree. crazy buy at these levels considering what the geo spoke about only a few weeks ago. 1.48p ffs.

There have been 18 trades today (reported on LSE), all small to very small in value. People are bored and moving on, particularly as ALT coins have made a temporary comeback. Nothing has changed here fundamentally, although I don't like that the radio silence after spoiling us with non stop updates.. I have as much in ECR as is responsible for me personally, although I'd love to buy more at these level!

The SP raises to over 2p over excitement of a new drill and talks (from geo) of $30m pockets at CW..

A week or so later the gain is lost because of a few pathfinder holes at Cherry Tree.

ECR are happy with progress, I have no reason to believe the plan has in any way changed and all the potential that created the spike a few weeks ago won't be realised in bucket loads.

I plan to turn off the monitor for now.

Well so far we've hit hold at every location. Encouraging. If we find the sweet spot in just one of these locations we're laughing. Market not going to be interested in these preliminary pathfinder holes.. But they will hopefully lead us in the direction. ECR have just stumbled into the nightclub and locked eyes with a few hotties at the bar.. The work begins now!

Indeed. But some investors may see a high grade 1m slice as a poor result but not appreciate that it’s 1m spread for miles. Obviously a deeper high grade intersection will be most welcome!

Also it’s worth remembering that the structure of the Creswick system means that large 10m+ intersections aren’t necessarily indicative of viability as the gold is spread widely in ‘pockets’. A glance at the current Creswick results seem disappointing but our Geo seems convinced we have multiple $5-20m wide deposits. Further license will just add to it hopefully! GLA. News today? (One a week?!)

Considering Cora has gone ballistic today I'm glad we haven't had any news, too much distraction! Although good to know Goldies are back in the spotlight.

If our Geo is right about Creswick holding pockets of $5-20m deposits we'll certainly have our day in the sun! and that's forgetting everything else on the table!

Been over a week since the last assays and ECR made it clear they will be coming in thick and fast so I’m hoping for an RNS anytime now.

What a difference a few days make! Looks like 2p is about to be broken.. then gap up time surely?!

Positive Sentiment returning, fundamentals strong, drills turning.. what’s not to like!

Looking for a base at 2.2p (placing price) before another move up as news flows.

I wonder if ECR purchasing another in house rig will have implications on upcoming licenses? As well as being able to drill Queensland in he short term, will it also give ECR more clout to be accepted for a few or the more competitive licenses?

It may well still be imminent.. but the lack of official confirmation RE the new drill has killed off the momentum that was building from Friday IMO. I suspect it'll be added as a footnote to the next batch of results, but if so ECR have missed a trick. Definitely worth of it's own dedicated RNS in my opinion.. It was what the market was eying up.
