I imagine it would be somewhat relative.. While the raised POG may mean a higher price, it will also hopefully increase the likelihood of a favourable funding arrangement/loan (or whatever) as it makes for a more attractive and investment.
We’ll find out soon!
TS actually good point, on reflection I think ECR need to clarify if this is new or historic material (video/imagery) as it has implications either way (ie has Ecr just panned/sluiced all that gold or is that a collection over decades, or whatever). Needs clarity really as it’s a bit clickbait otherwise. Sorry to be marginally conical but once bitten twice shy as they say!
Was so so until that last image of the jars of gold! pretty significant and indicates there's deposit close by. Seems an odd video to just drop unannounced, unless it was supposed to be unlisted until an RNS?!
Total staff costs for 2023 was - £327,661
And yes, the total cost of all directors at the end of the accountancy period (so not including Haythorpe) looks to be - £203,294
So can we presume the 'difference' is AH's pay (circa £125k)? It doesn't look to be specifically referenced on a quick glance of the wages section.

While bullish, it's not lost on me that staff pay in 2023 was £327,661, IE well over half the recent raise just on wages, emoluments, Social security costs & Pension contributions.. This is why I want to see progress made quickly. I understand steps have been made to help mitigate staff cost but I'd like as much $ spent prospecting and drilling as possible rather than see it whittle away on pay packets! This is where timing and efficiency comes in.. The faster and more efficient this new team is, the better bang for buck they are. Sorry to say this but the past half decade or so has been the ultimate snouts in troughs exercise. I'm hoping Mike and Nick picked up on this and now want to kick the Co into shape, at least that's what we're all hoping for! I do question why some staff are still on payroll, any members of the gravy train era need to now prove their value or be voted out IMO. Sorry but let's get serious for a minute (in the voice of Tom Hanks in 'Sully').
Over to you ECR! Get a bloody JV signed and shut all the 'Debbie Downers' up for good (eh Ti)! Hell, if we can stabilize above a penny I think PI's may even accept the odd consultancy fee!! And that's saying something!

4.2 was due to the market believing Creswick was about to hit a JV (and possibly assuming blue moon was commercial) - no reason it can’t attract that sort of attention now if it’s starting to show more economic grades/widths near surface.
Mike AKA Doc (yes COO). band of merry men are his investment gang (twitter lot) who by the looks of it took part in the .175 raise and have been pumping ever since..
Mike and Nick are also referred to as Ant and Dec, made up entirely by TamerInvestor, we've been asking him to be more respectful really but he refuses.
Gold $2350 and climbing! Let’s have an update soon please, even my old doggies like ECR are perking up and showing promise while ‘safe’ GGP is stuck in the mud! Surely not long to go before we know the next move?!
…oh and POG going ballistic!
Things seem to be aligning for sure.. And while Robin Hood and his gang of merry men (loose metaphor for Mike and his Twitter boys) are a tad sickly at times with the ramping.. may as well join em for the ride as they’ll do their damndest to pump this as high as possible! Trick will be to set a realistic exit price and bank profits.. The one thing that generally alludes us PI’s!
GLA
Let’s just say recent updates, coupled with cash in the bank and winks of upcoming deals has put me in a better mood! Loooooooong way to go before I gloat though… we’ve got you for that anyway Ti!
